My husband passed away early November. I was planning a Celebration of Life for him, and realized my pictures of our first years together were on my PC. I had taken my pc down and hadn’t used it in several years. Then I realized I had an older pc with pictures.

I went to Town Tech with my computer issues. They completely refurbished, and transferred pictures from the older pc to the newer pc. I had to have them out twice to my house to help me with locating email, etc. They taught me how to load a thumb drive. I was able to get pictures to them for a video. They did all of this with in a couple of weeks. I worked with Anthony, and Shayne for most of the work.

They are a great team to work with from the time you walk through the door to the finished product.

WOW ! My Ipad Air 2 wasn't taking a charge and I took it and all the attachments to Best Buy, Lakeland, since they are Apple dealers. BB told me it was toast and the repair would be $300 or rather buy a new one for $400. I am thinking BS so I headed to TownTech in Auburndale to see if they could help.

The young man's first inclination was that I was using the wrong charger ... yepper that was it ... got the Ipad up and running with a higher amp charger ... saving me not only buying something that wasn't needed but they charged only for a standard $30 bench charge for updating the software and getting it charged.

If you need computer help no matter the OS or machine, get over to TownTech. You guys are remarkable .... THANKS SO MUCH for...

After some physical damage to my spouse’s work computer (which she USES FOR EVERYTHING), we attempted to take it to the box shop we purchased it from for repair. We were charged over $150 for diagnostics, and promised to have a quote in 24 hours. When that didn’t happen, we requested a refund and brought the device here. Within TWO HOURS the problem was diagnosed, fixed, and the computer was back in our hands…. FOR SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS. The best part was the kind, humble, conversation and customer service.
