ALDI — Local services in Augusta

Well I noticed that the prices have gone up quite a bit..my receipt shocked me....and certain items aren't in this particular location that I normally find at Bobby Jones or North Augusta..🤔😞

I noticed that when I came in the first week the manager walked by was smiling and welcoming, asking if I found what I needed....and always spoke. Then upon returning a few weeks later and he just looked at me , I had my mouth ready to greet him and kept on going into a back room area looking disgruntled ....🤷🏼 I guess the smiles and warm welcome are Grand Opening...

I was told after my register froze up , "Just for future reference the self checkout is only for 10 items are less. Mind you 3 was occupied 3 was empty. 1 register open 1 person working. I ask is that why my gun wouldn't work for the waters he said yes the register will stop scanning after it "senses"10 items. I let him know it stopped working after I scanned the second item. He stated the video camera can see I had more than 10 items. 🤣🤣 It's something corporate has going on now. Kroger it is!!!! Yall. Is it me or is that...

The cashier was friendly and efficient even though, on a Saturday, there was only one register open. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. This is no doubt the dirtiest Aldi I have ever seen. There's trash on the ground outside, trash on the shopping cart wheels, dirt and trash on the floor inside, rotten fruit in the bins... I avoid this particular Aldi's because it is ALWAYS like this. From now on I will just go to a different location even though it is out of my way. There's no excuse for...
