On June 25 at 10am I had my daughter party of 20 at your establishment Chuck E Cheese 3435 Wrightboro Rd Augusta GA. I will say I will never ever have a birthday party here again!! I came in the store to talk with Shamans two weeks prior to discuss details about my party. Since it was a large party we discussed where my party would be seated. I added on decorations which he told me that was fine. When I entered the building on June 25th Ms. Tamiyia had totally switched around the seating area that was discussed with no notice. I was very upset and went to talk to him and Ms. Tamiyia interrupted and said they had a bigger party that needed that table which they should have communicate better by informing me they switched my tables at least a day prior to my daughter birthday party. Ms. Tamiyia was very rude and very very unprofessional. My host Makayla was very lazy and did not host. She was the worst host ever because she didn’t provide me with any assistance so basically I was the host at my daughter’s party. The only thing she did was put my pizza down at my table and gave me gloves to serve my guest, why did I paid to have a host when I had to host my own party. My daughter never receive a lot of the items that came with the package I booked online. She never touched foot in the blaster which I paid for, They told me and my guest that they were out of cups, but the other party after mine had cups. I didn’t understand that and was very upset, thank goodness I had my own cups with my decorations. I will not recommend anyone to have a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese in Augusta Ga. Some of the games wasn’t working. A lot of My guest recognized the poor service and lack of participation from my server which was embarrassing. Many of my guest verbally expressed that they would never have their child’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese after witnessing my experience. When it was time to pay I asked to speak with a Manager which Ms. Jennifer told me she was the manager on duty by this point I was disgusted with my service and wanted to get a discount due to being completely dissatisfied with my whole experience and 2 of my kids did not show up and on the website it say they will reimburse you up to 2 kids. Ms. Jennifer went and asked Ms. Tamiyia about that and she acted as if she did not want to honor my request, I then asked her for her name. In my opinion for her to be the Birthday party coordinator she is rude and unprofessional and displayed that good customer service was not a priority. She had no compassion nor did she care about my experience. So basically when you book a party at Chucke E Cheese in Augusta, GA your paying 400 plus...
Read moreAs I am a daycare director we chose this establishment as a field trip for our summer campers. They enjoy this field trip so we are always excited to take them. As we enter at opening it was empty maybe two other families in there. We get to the counter so we can get our reservation pulled and pay. The young female with braids that were in a ball already seemed irritated by the questions that were being asked. We over looked it. We decided the kids would play before they ate. This was established with the workers so we were given the 45 min play package and then we would eat. Not even 25 mins later they walked over and stated that the pizza was ready. We stated that they are still playing so why was the pizza brought out? The worker rolls her eyes and walks off. About five mins later the younger worker who had a puff in her hair comes over and we state to her that time wasn’t up yet she was very rude and was like well they will eat cold pizza!!!! We immediately asked for the manger and she was like ok I’ll go get her. Once the Gm came out she came off wrong as well… we did not get loud or anything and her conversation was very abrupt and. Not very helpful….they then proceeded to move our children which they had a reserved table to three booths……which was weird bc the sign with our daycares name on it stayed up until we left. The only saving grace was the worker Mr. Chris and the other gentleman with dreads… Mr Chris made sure our tables were clean and kept asking us were we good….the teachers all got the salad bar the girl with puff was so nasty and kept mumbling things under her breath. I pray that someone from corporate sees this and reaches out to me. The restaurant is nasty and has a nasty smell. The staff needs customer service training and being we do this we are willing to come out and train them. This day was unacceptable and we did not deserve the treatment we received today. My teachers were very upset bc we treat these kids as our own and will not allow anyone to treat them wrong…this is suppose to be a positive fun environment for the whole family and it was not that at all. If working in the public is not something that they want to do please don’t because it definitely brings down the business. I will be spreading the word about our interactions today and plan to call corporate as well… To be honest Mr. Chris should be the GM as I thought he was top management by the way he handled us and gave top tier service. Reconsidering his position may bring a better atmosphere to...
Read moreEvery time we bring our daughter here it seems as though this location has really gone down hill. We've been here a couple of times when it's on the weekend, and shockingly under staffed meanwhile five or six birthday parties are going on, and nobody can order food because the one person at the check in counter is busy getting everyone their token cards and " it just takes too much time to do both." Look, I get it. I'm not mad at the one person at the register who is doing their best, because frankly I think its absurd to make us order our food and get our tokens from the same person at once when ya'll make it such a long process. but I am annoyed that I had to wait an hour and then get in line for thirty minutes again to order food from the same person at the register. It's not a great system, people.
What's the deal with no one stamping us in at check in and checking us all out? Are we just not doing that anymore?
But what really annoys me is when there is staff here, half the time they're not even doing their jobs. Today I watched the guy that's supposed to be monitoring the trampoline zone, all he was doing was playing on his phone and trying to chat up other parents. Last time we were here, there was two teenaged girls at the prize counter having some deep conversations with their friends and ignoring the families that were waiting to get their stuff and go home.
Finally, there is a stupid amount of the games/rides here are broken. And some of them have been broken for a long time. And there's no warning, you just get your points taken. The ski ball games are a mess. Nobody ever seems to check and see if one machine has two many or not, and again some are just...
