We went through the drove through today around 8am June 1st (today) and was unpleasantly surprised that for the 5th time in a row my order was messed up and/or missing something. Today we were missing both hashbrowns in our bag. When realizing this, we went back (as we don't have much for money and wanted to make sure we got what we rightfully paid for) and asked them if we could please have our hashbrowns. The people upfront gave a VERY nasty attitude and whoever the man was was very audibly upset that he had to make us our hashbrowns that he forgot to make the first time. š We then had our bag of food basically tossed to us and so we left upsette by the lack of good communication and customer service this Dunkin Donuts has. To put the cherry on top, when we looked in our bag in the car they STILL only gave us one thing of hashbrowns that had 3 measly pieces in. Not only this, but they were still frozen in the middle. We decided not to repersue the hashbrowns due to the service was got. I don't know what's going on here at this particular establishment but I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here. They never make your order right or are always forgetting stuff, then they give you a huffy attitude when you ask them for food they forgot or ask for a remake of anything, and to top everything off they can't even make hot food. Linda was VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS, saying,āmy staff didnāt do thatā, and āstep aside, you donāt know what youāre talking about.ā I was so embarrassed! I patronize this DD every day.
