Dunkin' — Restaurant in Augusta

We went through the drove through today around 8am June 1st (today) and was unpleasantly surprised that for the 5th time in a row my order was messed up and/or missing something. Today we were missing both hashbrowns in our bag. When realizing this, we went back (as we don't have much for money and wanted to make sure we got what we rightfully paid for) and asked them if we could please have our hashbrowns. The people upfront gave a VERY nasty attitude and whoever the man was was very audibly upset that he had to make us our hashbrowns that he forgot to make the first time. 😒 We then had our bag of food basically tossed to us and so we left upsette by the lack of good communication and customer service this Dunkin Donuts has. To put the cherry on top, when we looked in our bag in the car they STILL only gave us one thing of hashbrowns that had 3 measly pieces in. Not only this, but they were still frozen in the middle. We decided not to repersue the hashbrowns due to the service was got. I don't know what's going on here at this particular establishment but I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here. They never make your order right or are always forgetting stuff, then they give you a huffy attitude when you ask them for food they forgot or ask for a remake of anything, and to top everything off they can't even make hot food. You'll probably end up getting sick after...

If I could give this place negative stars I would I’m spending $7+ for my drink everyday iv been avoiding this one as much as I can for a while now after they made my drinks completely wrong the past 7 times iv gone there where iv had to turn around and go back or I can tell before its even handed to me and I get an attitude every single time I buy these drinks everyday I know what they look and taste like epically after having this happen so many times now well it happened again today and I will not be going back I am done! This makes 8 times in a row iv had to deal with this and it’s unacceptable once in a while I get people make mistakes but this is insane and our laziness this Dunkin needs to get their act together and get a new crew of people who can actually handle there jobs have good customer service not giving all the customers who’s orders they mess up an attitude the only person I think should stay in that store would be the older man at the window because none of this is his fault he’s just the one stuck hearing about it and handeling it very well honestly but Dunkin u need to do better I’m disgusted and I know damn well there are many other reviews like mine...

The Manager, Linda, should NOT be in her position. She publicly humiliated me in front of a line of customers. I had ordered a coffee with almond Milk (lactose intolerant ), and they put in skim milk. Linda was VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS, saying,”my staff didn’t do that”, and “step aside, you don’t know what you’re talking about.” I was so embarrassed! I patronize this DD every day. I’ve not been treated this way by a manager ever! She seems very uneducated, has no customer service skills, and does not know how to do her job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN DONUTS! Staff is untrained, makes mistakes every order, and it shows given who they’re led by. Don’t go here!
