Harvest Moon Deli — Restaurant in Augusta

Wow! These sandwiches were DELICIOUS. I got the Steak Me Home Tonight panini and my partner got the Salami Enamore panini.

Here are some comments for both sandwiches: both the rye and focaccia bread had a nice crunch to it and was fresh the steak was cooked nicely- not dry, flavourful and crispy around the edges the provolone cheese on the steak was nicely melted into the sandwich with the other ingredients (green peppers, onions and portobello mushrooms) and pesto mayo -the salami- a balance of sweet, savoury and little spicy both sandwiches were put together so nicely and had the right combo of ingredients and flavour- the flavours were complimentary to eat other, hot and fresh!

There is one washroom next to the counter, a few dining tables (seat of 4 and 2s). The ambiance is a little outdated and nothing fancy, but rather clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming! Definitely returning to this spot for lunch again when...

I LOVE this place! I do have to say that the food at the other locations is better, but when Savannah is working, the food here is just as good as their other locations! Some of the other employees kind of "slap" your sandwich together, but I've found that the one employee, Savannah, actually puts time into making your food so it comes to you at or above your expectations! I highly recommend this place for anyone, but especially people who are looking for vegetarian and vegan options that don't suck. From out of state and was craving a deli sandwich so I picked a random spot…. I’m so glad I picked here! We were greeted immediately upon walking in, which is always a good sign to me. I ordered the “Bacon care of business” on focaccia bread (recommended by the guy working) and my boyfriend got The club sandwich on white, and we both got the chicken vegetable and rice soup… OMG could not get enough!
