I made reservations for my son to hang out with his friends for his birthday. We reserved a VIP bowling lane from 5 PM to 6:30 PM. We got up to the counter at about three minutes till five to check in. The guy said he will have to go and clean up our lane. Apparently they had not cleaned up everything from whoever was there before us. By the time he was done cleaning, it was now 5:17pm. I didn’t mind as long as we were able to get the extra 17 minutes at the end which we did. As soon as we were seated at our lane, I ordered food from the small kiosk there at the lane. I ordered a large pizza and a tray of 20 bone in wings, 10 chicken fingers, and french fries and six drink drinks. After about 30 minutes we realized the food had not come so we had to alert a staff member. They went to go check on it and it was another 15 minutes before our pizza came back with no plates no napkins and no drinks. We gave them about 10 more minutes and no one came back to bring those items and neither did they bring back our wings into theirs and fries. We had to alert the staff again To bring the rest of our food and our drinks and plates and napkins. This time they apologized for the inconvenience and said they would give us a large free pizza. It was another 30 minutes or so before that pizza came out and still no wings in fingers and fries. We had to call them a third time and this time they told us that they were just now cooking our chicken wings. By this point over an hour had passed. Because the kids were having fun I didn’t get as upset as I could have. They didn’t seem to mind not having the rest of the food or the plates. By the time we were ready to move from the lane for the next group, The rest of the food comes out. However, it was only the 20 bone in wings and french fries. We still did not have the ten chicken tenders. So the guy had to go back and it took another 15 minutes before those came. At this point all I needed was to go trays. In addition to the food taking so long to come, my niece waited at the bar for about 25 minutes before I had to walk up and get the attention of the bartender. The atmosphere was really good, the kids had a great time and so chances are I would go back. However, I will let them know how long the wait for the food was and how bad the service was at the time that I order and let them know that I do not expect to wait that long again. I understand it was a Saturday and it was pretty busy, but it should not have taken almost 2 hours for us to get everything...

The lastFirst off, we’re from out of town from Florida, for a 21st birthday event; We’re visiting here, and happen to have a big family once altogether, (party of 16.) which I understand is a lot to accommodate for. However, that doesn’t make an excuse for ANY restaurant- no matter what the theme, ratings/reviews, total cost of orders, and other factors that contribute. Not to mention, wouldn’t you, as a server want a big party considering the percentage of the tip? But let me not go there. The last person to order was the first to receive their order, which I understand has potential for happening, depending on what’s incorporated in the entrees ordered, but I can’t even find in myself to justify that, considering at least a third of our party didn’t receive their food orders for a whole 2 hours. The unfortunate part is, we were conversing and relating with 3 other parties that have been at the same bowling alley for about 3 hours, who also were experiencing the same issue, had not received a good portion of their party’s meals, and were just trying to be honest and pay what they owed. All our drinks, that were previously PAIS FOR AND TIPPED at the bar, were added onto our check, on top of the four meals we NEVER received. One of the other parties we discussed with, who were going through the same issues, made a compliant to the manager- who in response told the customers, “not to speak to their staff that way.” From all my experience with retail, food industry, and even healthcare- the customer is always right, and the quality of service (regardless of how busy it was, because you should be adequately staffed ahead of time) we all received was absolutely the most inconsiderate, most awful experience. I can only say we made the most of it, and tried to take the positivity and have the most fun that we...
Read moreMixed experience. The mostly clean areas of the establishment was limited toward the entrance and natural path toward figuring out who to ask any questions. We were two momma's with a 13 yro boy and 11yro girl. There's no real signage about where to go when you walk through the doors. We were confused from the moment the automatic doors opened. To the right is both a concession stand(think slushees, pretzels, nachos, crazy expensive sodas and the entrance to the Grille. The Grille is a sit down restaurant that is not what I thought I'd see, every chair upside down and unavailable. To the left was the windows letting you see the prize room and the arcade beyond. I will go back for the bowling experience but not for the arcade. We spent almost four hours in the arcade/bumper cars/lazer tag area. It mostly was a disappointment because quite a few machines were unplugged or unresponsive. The King Kong virtual reality experience showed a message on the large screen that it was disconnected to the PC. On a separate note, we were not informed until after we had purchased the Tuesday special of unlimited play(and yes I asked exactly what is that when it was offered to us) DOES NOT REWARD TICKETS OR PRIZES. If you have kids like my friend and me, do not buy the unlimited arcade game play. They were pretty disappointed to realize their hard work for ticket credit on the game card equaled zero. We did have fun though, I'll take my kiddo back if they get rid of the leaking ceiling and buckets, and if they actually can offer the King Kong VR game along with a few others he was looking forward to. Don't trust the website about pricing, get it straight from three different employees. Bowling prices, talk to a bowling employee, arcade, arcade employee, when neither of them can answer your question, well the third employee is a...
