I ordered my food from the app. I worked at a subway for 2 years and know how the service should be. At this location it makes no sense to keep customers waiting when you have 3 employees especially if they are not fast at being a sub artist. One employee was washing dishes, one was doing the meats and the last one was doing the veggie and register. First off the one doing dishes could help out by doing the register and being a team player. The lady doing the veggies and register named Sara ended up ringing out a customer, then proceeded to not wash her hands not put gloves on grabbed the knife and closed my sub and wrap it and proceeded to do the same with the sub of another customer. That is unacceptable and disgusting. The lady doing the meats also ended up putting the veggies on subs and would just leave it. That also is unacceptable as it would have only taken seconds to close the sub, wrap it up and put it in a bag for the employee to ring the customer out. The service was not to my standards as I do hold high standards for subway since I’ve done that job before and know what it takes. The manager should really pay attention to what is going on in that location, as far as my sub I will not eat it...

The current manager as of 01/21/16 was very rude. When I came in she ddnt speak. When it was time to place my order I advised her I had coupon. She blew her breathe and said how do I suppose to see it? I told her take off ur gloves and come to the counter. She said no and put it over the glass. Im like nobodies behind me y are u being rude . then she proceeded with my order . when I was getting ready to the her I had another one she moved on to the next customer . so when she decided to come bac to me she had to make my other sandwich which caused my first sandwich to get cold. Then when I asked her to repeat my order she got mad and repeated it with an attitude. I know if I still worked there and that was me it would be consequences but maybe you guys don't care about who u hire anymore so I will never come back...
Read moreI don’t know the name of the mix breed female with blonde hair because I didn’t see her name tag. But she was just as nasty as the store and extremely rude. As a customer all I asked her was if she could cut up the bell peppers and onions for the Philly sub I ordered, she replied we don’t even cut up salads I will cut it in half and I said ok well I’m asking you nicely could you cut them up I’m ordering for someone and if not I will just go to another Subway. She said ok well you can go to another store. I replied so you aren’t going to cut them up for me and she said no and I said where are the rules that state you can’t do it, or you just don’t want to do it and she said she just not gone do and I replied fine I will go to another store and she said well bye. People like her make a statement for the establishment and the other bad part she already had an attitude when she asked what bread I wanted like she didn’t want to serve me.
