Well 7 days ago. My friend and me went to Abby's because it was two roast beef for $6.00 dollars. My friend asked for roast beef and cheddar double meat no red sauce. I asked for two regular roast beef add tomatoes. When we got home the order was all wrong. I called and complain about it. The night manager said they replace the whole meal, but I informed her I didn't know when I could come back and she said ok. I called twice in that week to let them know about when I been in to get the food. She said ok. Well I paid around $10.00 dollars for my friend sandwiches. But when I went in the day manager said it's been 7 days and nobody wrote my name in the book. She refused to replace all the food and wouldn't replace my friend. She said all she could do is give me two regular beef and cheddar. I worked for fast foods restaurant and no way I ever told the customer I couldn't replace the order because it was 7 days. I even told her I worked at Abby's before so I know the meat wasn't double. She just got mad. It's not my fault if the cashier didn't take order right. Manager was trying to run front and run food for drive-thur and front customers were waiting for about 10 minutes or longer for her to take their order. I really give this Abby's a zero not a one star. I even called back at night to talk to the night manager she said nothing she could do and wanted me to call back in morning to talk to the same manager that i talked to. What a joke. Had rude service then ignored when I went inside and asked simply how long it had been sitting. Found the milk for the kids meal in the bag. All food cold. Milk not as cold as it should be. Called and spoke to Sheree pretty politely after wasting my money here for her to snap off and blame having too many door dash orders. No one's order is less important then others. It's free to be nice to people. And unless it's coming out of your wages, you should really try to be nicer and accommodate your stores mistake. Read moreUsed to live by this place and would try to go every now and then. Managed to hit this location up for lunch a couple times this month. And even years ago until now, they always mess the order up somehow at this location. I absolutely love Arby's, but I'm done with this location. Something is always wrong with the order, something is wrong with the food like cold jalapenos, missing sauces or cheese on sandwiches, didn't shake out the curly fries so you have to disassemble a ball of curly fries that all come out of the container at once....
