We decided to grab Pizza Hut on the way home from grocery shopping as we were in the area and live 20 mins away. We ordered the pizza at 4:35 and it stated pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. We got there at 4:50 for pick up. My husband paid, and at 4:55 the manager Jenn told him that I would be ready in 2 more minutes. She then ran to the back where my husband could her asking the workers where are all the orders were. They then discussed loudly that the orders had been deleted. Therefore our pizza had not even been started yet. So now our cold food was getting warm in the car. My husband tried to get her attention to tell them to forget the pizza, and that he wanted a refund. No one was coming back so he yelled hello a few time to there reply was we will be up in a minute. We received our pizza that was supposed to be well done at 5:17. We got home our pizza didn’t even looked cooked. The cheese was melted a little, but still looked like shredded form. Next to the well done on the receipt it was check marked like it was completed. We called back as this is completely unacceptable, and wanted a refund of which they could only give store credit. I understand the accident happen, but the lack of communication was deceitful. If she would have said from the time we came to pick up / pay that there was an issue, and hadn’t been placed in the oven yet we would have left. Now I have a Pizza Hut credit that I don’t want, and groceries that had gone bad while waiting for this pizza to be done in “2 minutes”. Jenn needs to work on her communication. Read moreMost ridiculous service. I placed an order at 6:00 PM. The order was for Curbside pick up. I got to the store at 6:45 and Called to let them know that I was out side. No one picked up and I noticed there were lot of people inside the store. I went inside and informed the guy that I was there to pick up the order and provided my name. He said I will be right back. There were 12 people waiting inside. I asked one of the customers waiting inside and he said he has been there since 45 min. After about 5 min. the employee comes to front and I showed him the app to tell him that it says the order is ready can you just look in the oven to let me know if my order is ready? Without saying anything he went back again for another 10 minutes. Other customers were also loosing their patience by now and the employee came in front again and I requested to just tell me if my order is ready or not so I can just go to Domino's His response was " You can go" No apology, no explanation of why order is not ready nothing. Now I know where to get my pizza from...
Read moreAt this point, I believe I am done using this pizza hut. My delivery driver told me he had to MEET ME for CONTACTLESS delivery. The point of contactless is to not meet anyone. Then I met him at the door and his mask kept falling down and he kept breathing on my pizza. He then forgot the diet Pepsi in the car. Finally, my chicken pizza, which was for the person who cannot eat red meat, had a few pieces of sausage on it. On the bright side, the diet Pepsi I eventually got was cold. I know times are tough but if the drivers are not wearing masks properly and the pizzas are coming with toppings that were not asked for, I do not see the need to order from them. I was given $10.00 credit from a previous mess up and this time was much worse. I feel like this order was intentionally screwed up because I used the credit to order it. I am done with Pizza-Hut.
