Panera Bread — Restaurant in Sugar Grove Township

I have visited this location on Monday and Tuesday on Monday the food was amazing tasted great there was some miscommunication between the person who took my order and the workers who gave me my food. They didn't give me the pickles that I paid for that I ordered on the side. They also did not give me the cookies that I ordered. my family and I proceeded to go back the following day on Tuesday because the food was so good the service not so good none the less we went back because it was a healthy and affordable option compared to some other non-healthy options that we usually like to go eat at. So on Tuesday we ordered the same food as it was very good this time when I received our order instead of it being for dine-in they made it to go and then when I had told them that my pizza that I ordered yesterday came on a plate they told me that that's not how they do it and I told them well I would appreciate it if there was a little bit more consistency and then a young man told me I shouldn't have an attitude I proceeded to tell him I didn't have an attitude that I just would like some consistency when I come there two day's a week that week to order food and spend money at their establishment needless to say I am not happy with this restaurant's service and I will not be returning to this location if any at all I'm very unsatisfied needless to say my food and my family's food did not taste as good as it did the day before good luck to those who choose...

Sorry to say that the quality and accuracy misses the mark. After a long wait for my to-go order, I drove all the way home - and my daughter & I settled in to eat our meal (which we identical Pick-2). When we pulled them out of the bag there were 2 different size soups (not sure which was correct) but the smaller broccoli cheese was right and the larger was some kind of bight orange squash soup - great if you wanted/liked that kind but not for me. Read the receipt & it boldly states that "quality matters" so I called back and young girl says "oh just come back in and we'll replace it". Sorry, but a round trip half hour drive to replace a cup of soup is ridiculous. She then said she'd put my name behind the counter for the next time I come it. Expained that I don't usually come to this location but was on my way past that day, and also didn't want this to be my responsibility to make this right. She then offerred to mail me some kind of coupon and would mail it on her way home that day. A full week later and NOTHING. To make matters worse, the sandwiches weren't up to par either...Very Dry and then I bit into the red onion "slice" and it turned out to be the stem/rind part that anyone would have thrown out during prep. Come on guys! This kind of quality is...

There was good and bad experiences at Panera Bread...service was friendly, fast and efficient....food was prepared quickly a d was fresh and hot. Food was high priced....my daughter ordered a sandwich that cost $3.00 and some change and was no larger than a egg Mcmuffin...I ordered a bagel and cream cheese which was larger and cheaper than the sandwich. The restaurant was dirty...booths, seats,lobby doors and floor all needed a wipe down. These things just made the restaurant look dirty in general. A couple of the girls had time to chat about their personal issues in front of guests...time that could have been used to wipe things down and make restaurant presentable for guests. They were not busy at the time and could have accomplished these things rather quickly. My daughter spent almost $20.00 there on 2 frappes and two breakfast items and the experience sure did not measure up to the commercial on tv... I'm sorry to say this but I don't eat at McDonalds or Burger King much, once in a great while but my experience at Panera was no more memorable than going to either aforementioned restaurant. Panera is supposed to be clean food for our bodies...let's start by cleaning up...
