As regular patrons of Buffalo Wild Wings, my family and I were eager to enjoy our usual dining experience. However, our recent visit was marred by the lack of positive customer service skills exhibited by our server, Leslie.
From the moment we were seated, it was evident that Leslie lacked enthusiasm and attentiveness. She seemed disinterested and made minimal effort to engage with us. It took an unusually long time for her to take our orders, and when she finally did, her demeanor was indifferent.
Throughout the meal, Leslie failed to check on us regularly, leaving us with empty glasses and neglected requests. Her lack of attention resulted in a frustrating dining experience as we had to repeatedly flag her down for basic needs such as refills and condiments.
Furthermore, Leslie's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The manager on duty felt like the only welcoming person throughout our whole dining experience.
Overall, our negative encounter with Leslie significantly detracted from our enjoyment of Buffalo Wild Wings. While we appreciate the establishment's tasty food and vibrant atmosphere, the subpar customer service provided by Leslie left us feeling disappointed and undervalued as loyal customers. We hope that management addresses these issues to ensure that all patrons receive the exceptional service...
Read moreI like Buffalo Wild Wings. I do. But this location just can't seem to get it together. Whether its rude staff or order screw ups or later than stated order times. All that aside I decided to give this location a shot as it's on my way home and of course, wing Tuesday. That was a mistake. The girl that answered my call for pick was alright. She was polite and took an accurate order. That's worth a couple stars. However everything else after erases all that. I go to pick up, when it's my turn the server starts going over my order and then proceeds to argue about what's on it. Turns out she skipped one and instead of admitting it, she just shrugs and says well that's all I have (upon checking everything before leaving, not actually opening boxes mind you, it's all there). Now home, 20 mins away from your location we start to divvy up our order and the first one we open, (see pic below), the teriyaki, has a wing that is still half feathers. Now I've worked in food. Sometimes this happens. And you throw that piece out at your restaurant. If it was a small little piece I could see not catching it but this is half a freakin wing. Needless to say I will most definitely not be coming back to this location and probably won't be getting wings for...
Read moreThey told me to get that special buy 1 get 1 boneless chicken, I went there when they just opened, I think different Buffalo wings have different prices I went to One that offered 5 is a minimum this 1 offered 7 as a minimum So taxes and all close $9 for 7 pieces but like I said buy 1 order get 1order free, so I was very happy until I Started to eat them I had a raw or under cooked peice then another one I stopped! Boy did I get upset I was already out of the parking lot I couldn't even call, as I was driving by the time I got to my location, I didn't feel like going and calling somebody and complaining I guess I just won't order any takeout, no more from their place, I Figured something was wrong that day, they give me my food under 10 minutes or around 10 minutes Very dissatisfied, and very unhappy and I hope it doesn't make Me sick, I don't know, sometimes you just don't wanna complain about nothing even though things don't go right It was one of those days!!! but maybe I'll give it another chance and tell the manager make sure it's cooked right and let him know what happened to me before, in the mean time let me know what you guys think of it has happened to you I'd appreciate...
