I had an incredible time kayaking, the other night, but it was a bit brought down by an angry racist around the campfire. He was a large biker of low intelligence that kept repeating racial slurs against African Americans. Out of 100 people, even being around one appalling, sad guy full of hate was kind of hard and only brought down society. I'm glad that most everyone there wasn't like him. In the future, I'll just let the club know so they can politely ask him to leave. There is no place for racists in our modern society. I really did love the blues music that was being played. Read moreIf you're into this kind of place then you'll like it. We were there for an event and some of the staff ( we assumed they were staff - manning the grill) were kinda rude. The lovely lady serving shots was pleasant and did a nice job. Odd that they would have flavored JD shots but not straight JD at all, and that was just the start of our OK. It isn't easy to find and if you're not looking for it or driving TO it you most likely won't find it. Positioned on the banks of the Fox River and hidden in an industrial park it is kind of a destination bar. We never got to go inside (for a lot of reasons) so someone else will have to comment on...
