Prisco Community Center — Local services in Aurora Township

I call the prisco center on 1/24/23 to get prices for the rooms spoke to Emily she told me the larger room costs $115 a hour room #104. The other rooms $85 a hour. I went up there on a Monday to actually see the place a different lady show us all the rooms and told us the same prices that Emily told us over the phone. Now today February 9th call up there Emily pick up asks her how much was the big room she said $115 a hour. So 5 minutes later call back up there to asks another question to see how much would it be for 6 hour she told me that the larger room cost $130 a hour. I said I thought it cost $115 a hour. She said the price just went up in June but we in February. She said idk who you spoke to that told you that they might had cut the price down for you. I told her but I just got done speaking to you on the phone you told me that price. When I said that she was stuck. I just said bye. I don't know what to believe ...

I want to express that on April 6th I was part of an event called "Undas y Empoderadas" and at the end of the evente we had the unfortunate experience with one of the employees of the place being very rude to us, since we paid a lot of money for the rent of the place. We were very disappointed with how our colleagues were treated. And for me it was not yet the exact time to hand over the place. We were almost ready to leave and I want to mention that we were not allowed to leave. He literally pushed us to the exit using physical force against me. This It is unacceptable, we are a community with a Latin presence for many years and it is supposed to be a community center and they were very racist since the procedures were completed and we complied with all the rules. I had the pleasure of being a vendor at the Fall Craft Fair, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond, regularly checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly.
