So yesterday or Saturday, June 3rd depending on when you're reading this, we placed our order at drive-thru. There was no one behind us. I want to make that clear because here's the the ridiculousness of what occurred. We asked what the two for $5 deal included. The young man, who took our, order rattled off the menu quickly like an auctioneer. I was like, "Wow that was fast." So I tried to tell my mom what I thought I heard and we ordered from that. He said our choice wasn't part of the menu. I asked him to repeat it slowly becuase he spoke too quickly. He went at the same speed as the first time. Still no one was behind us at the time, therefore it wasn't a need to rush. While we tried to figure out the menu, a female joined in and we asked her if she could repeat the two for $5 deal because he spoke too quickly. He spoke over her (still the same spped, smh) while she tried to tell us but then he stopped and she told us so I ordered two of the same sandwiches. I also asked for one without pickles and onions and also ordered the chicken fries. He was unable to get that order correct so I repeated the sandwich, "Yes, one without pickles and onions."
When he quoted the price to me I said to my mom that I didn't think that order was correct because it was for the price of one deal. When we pulled up to the window it wasn't correct . He told me that I only ordered one sandwich and one chicken fry. I told him it was not true and I repeated what was said. He said to me, in a tone of annoyance and very condescending, "No, that's not what you said." Before we received the food I told him I wanted the honey mustard sauce and asked for my mother the barbecue. He made another meal however when we got it I looked inside the bag and saw no sauce. I went inside and told him I didn't get the sauce and again he said to me, "Well you didn't tell me what you wanted." I said no that's not true I did and I repeat it exactly what I said to him.
When I got home, the sandwich is marked on the outside as no pickles no onion but the sandwich had two thick pieces of onions and a pickle. Good Customer service is long gone it seems. smh... You can pics on Yelp if I...
Read moreSome of the best customer service I've ever seen. Let me tell you why. It was a dark stormy night the thunder was rumbling, rain was falling at an alarming rate. I pulled into this Burger King & got my order, it was a big order the Family Bundle and 2 for 5 Big Kings. I was tired from work and just wanted to go home, as I pull into the window a friendly gentlemen opens the window and ask for the money & makes a dorky joke about having a long day, 4 minutes later he opens the window again & gives me my order. I thank him and go on my way. usually my order is always correct so I didn't bother to re-check my bags, I pull off & stop at the stop sign, I look down at my phone & not even a second after I looked down the same young gentleman was standing in front of my car holding a bag, he was drenched, his hat acting as an umbrella protecting his face from the rain, the darkness of the night surounding him. It was almost super natural, he runs up to my car frantically, shows me a bag, gives me a smile and apologizes for forgeting to give me 1 of the Big Kings at the window. I grab the bag and put it on my passenger seat & by the time I looked back out my window to thank him he was gone. Just. like. that. Till this day I wonder where he is now. Maybe he is taking orders even as you read this. That is why I say that this Burger King has some of the best customer service out here. Thank you for reading. & Thank you Burger King for the...
Read moreUPDATE Just came back for first time in 9 months. I got 2 whopper jr.'s. The meat looks like it belongs on a White Castle burger. They shrunk it. The toppings were shockingly fresh. This is not the whopper jr Ive enjoyed countless times in years past due to the tiny burger they now use but it seemed fresh and tasted good. So I will come back in near future.
Each time I get a Whopper the tomato is too ripe the lettuce is mostly thick white part that nobody likes to eat. Way too much catsup too few pickles. The burger I grew up loving is being ruined by non English speaking workers that couldn't careless the food they serve is sloppily thrown together. I will give my next few months of patronage to the McDonalds right across the street.
So far so good. Been here 3 times and two of the times I had to remove tomato slices that looked too ripe. Usually no wait in the drive thru compared to the Mickey D's across the street which has 20 cars in it's drive thru at times. I've always loved the Whopper. When made with good toppings it is the best fast food burger. The long chicken sandwich isnt very good. Needs pickles and maybe onions or jalapenos. I...
