Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Aurora Township

My kids ordered 3 pizzas, two crazy breads and three orders of pizza puffs with their own money. When I came in, I asked for my order and the cashier told me they're waiting on the pizza puffs, so I waited, and waited and waited. This is the new normal at this Little Caesars location every time I come in. The pizza portal (which keeps pizzas warm) never has orders in it anymore. You have to ask for your order at the counter, then they bring you cold pizza from the back table. After 10 minutes of me waiting, and other customers coming in, I asked what's going on with my order. He said they're waiting on the pizza puffs. I asked if that's my order, pointing to the stack of food sitting on the back table getting cold and dry. He said yeah, do you want the stuff that's ready now while you wait? I said no, I need everything now, I have a party of people waiting, that's why I ordered well in advance online. He finally brought the food out after being 13 minutes late, scanned them and pushed them across the counter to me, saying nothing. I asked for a bag, and he handed me a bag, to bag my own food! Then I said, "you aren't even going to say thank you, sorry the order was so late?" Then he quietly mumbled "sorry it's late". I picked up the stack of food, and the bottom cardboard was so sweaty wet from sitting on a cold stainless table, to the point of almost breaking through the box. This is terrible service, and it affected my order, because the pizzas were cold and dry, like I figured. Highly...

Don,t buy pizzas there!! Horrible and poor customer service, I know it is a cheap pizza but nothing excuse the bad service, always I went to there they made me wait almost 15 minutes and its ok I was patient but this last time I made my order on-line by second time (because the first one everything worked well) my order was supposed to be ready for pick it up at 6:15 so I went to the store about 6:20 and the pizza was not ready so I decided to wait a little bit more time, at 6:50 the pizza was still not ready and no one of the workers there even took care I was there NO ONE asked me what I needed or something, then I tryed to call the store directly and guess what?! the number on google info is wrong, I called the general customer service and submitted a complain and the only thing the representative told me was that the manager of the store should contact me as soon as 24-48 HOURS! To told me what is going happend with my money because they can't make...

Terrible waiting times and poor quality. The workers there seemed very incompetent. When I walked in there were about 9 people there. we ordered a sausage and a pepperoni pizza (was not given a ETA either) and we sat down. As people left, others came in. we waited so long that nearly everyone had left and it was me and another lady.( who just been waiting for around 2 minutes.) I believe I was in there for around 45 minutes to an hour I had to get up and ask whats happening with my order. when we opened the box the sausage was so old that the bread began to harden and the sauce dried. Now I understand they were busy. But when you see others come in after you placing orders (not picking up orders) and heading out before you do, you have to wonder whats going on.
