Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Aurora Township

What a hidden gem! I don't travel this area frequently but I found it when looking to redeem my birthday reward. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not realize how easy it is to earn a Rewards with Jersey Mike's. Prices are a little high for subs, but in this case you get what you pay for. Jersey Mike's has definitely moved to the first place I will go to for a sub sandwich. Parking is plentiful, the restaurant is clean and well lit. There were about four people ahead of me so it was a little busy. However once I got up to the counter I was welcomed as a valued customer. My local Jersey Mike's gets very busy and unfortunately, instead of "Thank you for waiting" I feel rushed when placing my order. I wish this location was closer to me so I could order more frequently. Keep up...

Great food terrible customer service. They sent out a promotion to order through their app so I downloaded and installed the application. Then proceeded to place my order, however after paying the app gave an error that states it has lost communication and to call the store to check if they received it. The store does not answer the phone, my money has been taken from my account, and I have no idea if I will even receive my order. App tells me to call the store but the store won’t answer... 4 phone calls later and...

Store is filthy! Walked in today with garbage all over the floor and chairs and tables all over the place. Bathrooms are the worst! Woman's bathroom sink was out of order and in the men's bathroom the soap dispenser was ready to fall off and it was filthy! I mentioned it to the girls working there and they said that it's really hard to keep the bathrooms clean but yet they are all four standing there doing nothing! I left without purchasing anything and won't be back!! Health department really needs...
