Today was the worst experience I've had at a KFC location. I went through the drive-through to pick up my order, which is what I always do. Prior to today l've never had an issue. Today they stated I needed me to get out the car and come into the store to get my online order. I did not have a coat on, so I requested it they could just cancel the order. Louis, whom I'm assuming is the supervisor said that he will make a one time exception. Once I got my food, I noticed that it was the wrong order. Louis was very condescending and treated every statement in a hostile manner. The order was different for what I originally submitted, and instead of canceling it like I requested, he kept stating that I needed to not make this more than what it was, and that he can just make the order himself, even though they didn’t have what I wanted. It seemed very racially motivated, perpetuating an angry black woman stereotype. Even though I did not raise my voice, he continued to over speak me. He kept repeating for my to make not it more than it was even though I only stated to cancel the order as they did not have the desired food. After continuously repeating that I wanted my order canceled, he finally states I can go on the app and cancel it. I went on the app at the window and asked him where it was located because the cancellation option was not visible. He then says it’s not on the app, I have to reorder and call a number. Read moreLike most people I only came here since I had a coupon in the mail that was real good deal. I walk in the store 12:30ish and only two workers are working (2 women). 1 is taking the orders and the other is the background hustling getting the orders out. Two male workers are on break. The restaurant it self could've used a little TLC wipe down. The kitchen is huge in the inside but with 1 person working can be overwhelming. Uneatable! I called the store to inform them of the temperature of the food and the supervisor “Robert” as he says completely gave me very bad customer service.
