Taco Bell — Restaurant in Aurora Township

I give two stars because not everything was awful. The taker at the speaker was quick, got my order and I moved forward. As is typical at this location, the drive-thru is slow. Waited for about 10 minutes before the four cars in front of me even began to move. Once I reached the window, it was a quick process - money was taken, change given, and I waited maybe 30 seconds before my bag of food was passed to me. As there was a large amount of people behind me waiting for their food as well, I moved forward enough to allow the next car to get to the window to make sure everything I ordered was in the bag. This is where it begins to go bad. As always, they forget to put the sauce in the bag. The sauce that THEY ask if I want. It's on the receipt. I pull forward to the front, grab my 2.5 year old out of the car and head inside. I bring my receipt to show them that all I came in to grab was the sauce THEY HAD ASKED IF I WANTED AND STILL HAD FORGOTTEN. The girl at the counter grudgingly removes her Ear Pods from her ears, and looks at me as if I have completely inconvenienced her day by coming in. I tell her I just came in to grab a few packets of sauce and I'll be on my way. She rolls her eyes, and says "Sorry". This is absolutely unacceptable. I understand if it's once in a great while that something is forgotten, but every time I have come to this location, before and after the remodel, sauce is always forgotten. I usually get decent service from them as well, but this time, it was a bit off-putting. I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to go to the location on Lake Street if I'm really craving tacos that badly, or go another few minutes down the road and...

I don’t know what else to say other than this place is an awesome Taco Bell, and has everything you’d expect from a TACO BELL.

Short explanation Go here if you want well made Taco Bell items, and good service. Has everything you’d expect from a Taco Bell and more. Decent parking, offer apple pay. Good customer service as well - mistakes will be fixed properly 100 percent of time guaranteed.

Future customers going here should temper their expectations as it is just a fast food restaurant, and restaurants can’t account for human error.

Anyways, I’ve been going here for the last year. I am a regular customer and often order the taco pizza combo or 12 taco party pack. I also recommend drinking the purple dragon fruit drink if you’re thinking about drinking something.

I never have a issue when I come to this location but this time was horrible! Not only was my food made wrong and missing items but the bad attitude caked on makeup face little girl at the drive thru gave me so much nasty attitude for asking for more than 4 packets of hot sauce for over 10 items I ordered ( even though several items were missing which I didn't know at the time when asking for sauce) I didn't know asking for sauce and napkins would cause so much unnecessary attitude! Customer service isn't for everyone and she definitely needs to get a different job if she's going to be giving nasty attitude as if the cost of sauce and napkins is taken out her paycheck!
