I come home from work so I ordered McDonald’s because me and my wife are too tired to cook. I ordered 20 piece chicken nugget and a basket of fries and we DoorDash it well guess what happened? I can already tell they gave me the old chicken nuggets to get rid of the chicken nuggets that’s been in the heater for a long time and they gave me brown fries Not golden fries. so this was around 9:30 PM so that tells me they’re trying to get rid of all their old food and they don’t care about their customers so I called back and I’ll talk to a manager. She didn’t care you know. She told me she goes OK you can bring it back. What makes you think after I work 15 hours I wanna jump in my car and drive back to McDonald’s after I just DoorDash it chicken nuggets were hard as a rock fries or cold and brown disgusting McDonald’s don’t care about the customers anymore. They overcharge us and they don’t care what they serve anymore and how long their food stays in the oven, they just want to get rid of the old food and give it to us late at night. I definitely wanna get a hold of Corprate because this has to stop. McDonald’s is already overcharging people with their food and watch they’re gonna leave a message and say I’m so sorry for your experience. Can you please come back and we’re trying to make it better for you? Hell no you should’ve made it better the first time I hope this place closed down like the other McDonald’s because we don’t need a McDonald’s like this in our neighborhood McDonald’s corporate people are just trying to get rich off middle class people like us and serve us the worst food ever and the managers. Here are the worst managers. They don’t care all they do is give you attitude like it’s our fault like we cook the food they don’t take no responsibility for their actions. I just spent $30 for DoorDash for them to deliver and and bring me my food from this McDonald’s disgusting absolutely disgusting chicken nuggets and fries. It's not Ubers fault that McDonald's cannot hire workers that can read....I asked for a new order to be sent out and the supposed "manager" said she did NOT have authorization to do so...I asked for her manager's name and she put the phone on the counter so when I am continuing to call back after 40 minutes the line is busy!!!!!! I want my money back!!!! Horrible service, if you are illiterate then perhaps you should not be filling online orders!!!!!!!! Please refund my money back from order 221..... follow up with previous commitment...it's now been 45 minutes, the phone is ringing without answer as the supposed"manager" will still continue to not disclose her manager's name!!!! Read moreThe line was long, took over 15 mins. from the time I ordered 2 meals, to the time I received my order. When I got to the window, I was given my food but not my drinks. I waited patiently, however the many times the employee was by the window, not once did he say anything to me or even so much as looked at me. I found out why it was taking so long for my drinks by overhearing a conversation the employee was having with another employee and manager. Apparently the drink machine at the window had an error. Instead just manually filling the drinks, and then figure out what was going on with the machine later when lunch rush was over, not 1, not 2, but 4 employees all stood there trting to figure out how to fix the machine......this of course took a few minutes, until they finally decided to fill drinks manually. By the time I recieved my drinks, it was well over 25 mins. for the whole visit. If I were on my lunch break and had only 30 mins to do so, this would have infuriated me.
