I had just gotten home from a very long flight which had been delayed and had other issues up for almost 24 hrs I had just enough on me with the app to get a much needed coffee i pulled into drive thru have my code ready I give it to the cashier and received that they got it and than the cashier says she needs it again.....this is were my frustration started as she informed me I would need to wait 15mins before I could use the offer even Thu it was their system issue.....she offered a manager assistance and told me to pull up....I pulled up explained to the person I thought was a manager to only be told nope he can't help and no he's not a manager I would need to pull up again and he would get the manager....now at this point I am ready to just snap I get to next window and verify it's a manager explain again in what is a very frustrated tone what the situation is he again told me to pull up as he would fix it. I would like to thank the manager who not only made it right but went the extra step. I unfortunately did not catch his name but he deserves 5/5 as I know my tone was just the side of angry and my frustration from everything not just this was directed at him My app code had an issue and even though the initial interaction with employees was very frustrating and should maybe be reviewed for customer service standards the manger once I actually reached him went above to make it...
Read moreIt is ridiculous how many times a group of workers can get a simple and SHORT order of food right it took 4 tries for this group of workers to get my order right I went through the drive thrue and i asked for a quarter ponder plain with just cheese and what did I get a lot of stuff that I did not want I went in and said what I ordered and they also missed items that I have ordered that they did not hear apparently which was also ridiculous anyways I got my order and checked if it was right and again it was wrong and l went back in and now I am upset that they could not even get this order right so now I said what my order was again and again it was wrong now I'm mad because I have places to go so now I tell them a third time and of course it's wrong so now I spoke my mind and said do you guys not understand english because I now told you three times and still get it wrong so what don't you understand I don't even work here and I bet you I could train all of you on how to do your jobs, and as I was looking around these so called workers are all teenagers who don't care about the coustemers so I was very disappointed with them and if I worked there as a manager or higher up I would fire all of them because come on 4 times is ridiculous to get a meal right so I hope the McDonald's on gelena in aurora looks into this and start firing these...
Read moreThis morning July 10th 10:25 am I decided to go inside and order because the drive thru always has long lines. So I waited at the counter for about 5 mins and finally someone came. I placed my order and I asked for a hot tea, the girl then told me with a little attitude and that they didn't serve hot tea only cold. I told that I had ordered it before and again with the attitude she said that they didn't. I asked for the manager and she said she didn't need the manager. I refuse to complete my order until she spoke to the manager and sure enough the manager told her that they did serve hot tea, she came back with the attitude checked me out and I waited for my order. When my order was up I looked in the bag to make sure my tea bag was in it, it was so I asked the other girl for some creamer and she said that they didn't have creamers for hot tea and I asked her what do you give to the customers who wants coffee and she looks at me with attitude and said get this creamers but that was for coffee. Can you say Duh?? I was a Store Manager for McDonald's for 10 yrs and I have never seen the attitude from CSR's Customer Service Representatives like I saw this morning. Either they were not trained properly or decided today will be the day I just don't care. I was and still am very disappointed...
