Horrible experience we had for mother’s day yesterday with my family! It was 11 of us so a pretty big table, to start off our service was horrible waitress was being passive aggressive and had an attitude the entire time, food was insanely expensive for the way it tasted lol i don’t mind paying a good buck but make sure my food is good too. Not only that but 5 of our plates were late AF (2 of our family members got here a bit after we ordered and ordered late so understandable) , when we asked a nearby waiter (male) he rudely told my mom it was in preparation, my mom said “well the rest of our party is halfway through their food” and he cut her off, loud ass tone told her to have a seat and that it would be out shortly. TO ADD ON we got 2 separate checks for one entire family, yes the second check was for the party of 2 that got here late but still were part of our party, well they added gratuity to that check as well girl got herself a free $20 tip off 2 people lol, when we asked for the checks to be combined together she said that wasn’t possible🤣 had to tell it very much was bc we’ve worked at restaurants and my aunt has a restaurant herself lol. When I called to make a reservation the person who answered did not speak English. Passed on to someone who did, made a reservation then I asked if my 12 guests can pay their own bill they said yes. I told them that this was a special gathering. I arrived and they placed us alllllll the way in the back where it was LOUD!!! Music was super loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. We asked if the can lower the volume and they said they couldn’t. We had to beg for glasses of water and an extra carafe of water because we had only one carafe for 13 people!!!! The waiter was annoyed and it showed on his face and body language. He did absolutely NOTHING to make us comfortable and welcomed. The food was super overpriced and plain. Shrimp empanadas were filled with more cheese than shrimp and should be on the appetizer section. You get 4 empanadas with a slice of avocado and chipotle mayo. No slaw or salad on the side. The live music is annoying and so loud that you have to yell your conversation. As we were walking out I noticed a quiet section in the front that was totally unoccupied. For real??? We will NEVER return… food - poor/ service - rude and unaccomodating...

Not a family friendly restaurant at all with terrible service. There is a VIP area we couldn’t sit at but sat us there anyway, all while watching them kick people out of tables they were already sat at. There was guys doing drugs in the restrooms and the servers cared more about flirting with said drug users than attend our table (a table that was supposed to be tipping them) Once we got the bill we realized why our service was so bad. And that’s because gratuity was included. We had to hunt her down to pay the bill to leave. She forgot to bring out our drink. We asked her the same question multiple times and each time she said she would ask the manager and let us know and she never let us know.
