12/22/24- I would give this place negative stars if I could. Whoever the guy was on the drive thru around 6:30 pm should never be allowed to work the drive thru. He either could not hear us, did not understand what we were saying, or just didn't know what he was doing. We wanted 2 meals. 1 shroom melt with a diet coke and 1 bacon melt with a sprite ( both no ice). First he messed up the first meal and only rang up a drink and a sandwich instead of a meal. He also put in Dr. Pepper for the drinks, and we kept telling him that was wrong, but he just kept saying he would fix it and he never fixed the order on the screen. Then when he tried to fix it he then up charged us on both meals when we just wanted the posted priced meal and then he doubled the order, when we told him there was something wrong with the price through the speaker he did not reply. Then we drove to the window and he was ignoring us trying to get his attention. When he finally opened the window we told him the order was wrong. He kept insisting that we ordered 4 meals. We told him no and to cancel the whole thing since the whole order was wrong and we left. Situations like this have a massive negative impact on customers. The whole time I was trying to get him to correct he order I kept getting more frustrated and adrenaline was rushing through my body which has a negative impact on my health conditions all because he was not listening or understanding us. Then he acted like it was our fault that he couldn't get the order right. Worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant and my followers know I eat out a lot. Just avoid...
Read moreI normally don’t go to this Burger King because of previous bad experiences and customer service, but yesterday I was in the area and decided to pass by the drive-thru because I felt like eating a Whopper. I got to the ordering section and did my order for a double Whopper with no mayonnaise because I'm allergic to mayo, and I told the cashier twice no mayonnaises .I never saw it on the screen but was hoping she got it correctly. I got to the receiving window, and the cashier wasn’t friendly and kept talking Spanish to an older, shorter lady in Spanish. She wasn’t acknowledging me or paying attention to what she was doing. However, I got my burger and left and got home, and when I took a peek at my burger before digging in, I saw mayonnaise all over. So sad. It was exactly 8:23pm. I had other things to do, so I couldn’t go back over there, but I didn’t want the night to end without reporting and getting my burger done correctly. I went back over there around 11:30pm and got assisted by a different cashier, a tall, brown-skinned young lady. Her voice was super friendly, and I explained everything, and she understood me and made sure I was taken care of and asked for the burger to be done the way I asked from the very beginning. Thankfully because of the cashier’s friendliness and act of concern, I’m not making this bigger. Do better and make sure all your workers are paying close attention. I’m still coming over there to speak to the manager and point out exactly who the cashier was that took my order...
Read moreI come to this location pretty regularly and I'm pretty satisfied, but the girl in the drive thru today, 2-24-24 at 1pm has the customer service skills of a rock. First, when I got home my burger was missing. Okay, whatever, people make mistakes. So I drive back (hooray, let's waste over priced gas for a burger!) and let her know she forgot my burger and her only response is a cold "pull around to the window". I wait at the window for 1 or 2 minutes, she comes to the window, shoves a bag out and says "here" to which I replied "thank you" and her response was to shut the window. No apology for forgetting my burger and making me waste my gas. Then I get home and my "have-sies" have a whopping 4 onion rings but is STUFFED with fries. Everything about this experience was a disappointment. Even the kids burgers, they had what seemed like a quarter jar of mayonnaise on them! This place went downhill SUPER...
