Worst customer service. The āmanagerā on duty Crystal should not be managing if this is how she handles any kind of situation. I stopped by for some take out for two meals. Once home I realized I didnāt have the side of vinaigrette & SIDE of guacamole as well as a receipt. Opened my bowl & guac was on my bowl which should have been on the side. Wasnāt for me, was for the other bowl. I drive back, ask for my bowl to be remade (which I had in my hand). Manager asked me what was wrong with it, I explained to her the issue. She asked for my receipt, told her I didnāt have it because I wasnāt given one. She says sheāll be back & disappears for what seemed like 10 minutes, asked her coworker if she was coming back because no one was communicating with me. When she comes back she tells me that she can offer me a side of guac, I could not believe it. She would not remake the bowl that I had in my hand that I wasnāt going to eat that I had JUST purchased. She kept offering the side of guac or customer service # but nothing else. I asked the girl that made my order if she didnāt remember me as I repeated my order to her & I think she might have remembered because then she tells me to wait. She comes back with crystal & Iām told theyāll make my order this one time. I got my order but at this point I wasnāt even hungry anymore. This has not been the first time Crystal has behaved extremely unprofessionally. A group of young black boys were hanging out eating inside & the music inside chipotle was insane. I couldnāt believe how loud it was, almost felt like walking into a club. Customers couldnāt communicate their orders properly. When a gentleman in front of me told Crystal he couldnāt hear and that why was the music so loud Crystals response was āI donāt knowā. One employee is too busy shuffling things around under the counter to even acknowledge me. He finally makes eye contact but just walks away.
Meanwhile, the girl that I assume is there to take the orders and make them is leaned over the back counter flirting with the cook. Both of them look at me; neither of them greet me.
Finally, the girl decides to slowly stroll in my direction to ask āare you looking for somebody?ā
What? Iām here to do business with your company, how is that the question you ask me?
I say Iām here for my online order and suddenly first guy decides to participate in the transaction as he reaches behind him, grabs the bag, doesnāt confirm my info or even speak so much as a word to me, drops it on the counter, and walks away.
Bravo, Chipotle. Your employees are confused when customers come in. I suggest training them.....

Got home and pulled out our hard tacos that we usually get. 1st one was cold when I pulled it out of the bag. The 2nd one was just as cold. I went to make sure that we had the correct orders and yep we did. My tacos were lacking some meat and the meat I had was ice cold, they were stuffed with just lettuce and sour cream and cheese. Usually I get the Tomatillo sauce on the side, nope not this time just poured on all three tacos to make them mush. The other tacos were just as bad the chicken was very little and stuffed with lettuce and cheese, the shells were soaked with the grease from the meat and so cold we had to warm it up. I sent a review of the order and have not heard back from them yet. I most likely will not be using this location for a while.
