Kimberlee is an absolute monster and NEEDS to be fired. Booked the reservation through Priceline, their profile on Priceline says pet friendly mind you. So we paid almost $500 only to arrive and be told my service animal is not welcome. Mind you that’s illegal. Then Kimberlee proceeded to ask for my dogs paper work and asked what my disability is which is illegal as well and a violation of many privacy laws. Kimberlee and my aunt then argued for 10 minutes just to get her to agree to issue a refund for a room that she refused to let us stay in because of my service animal. Still have yet to get a refund, Kimberlee is a very miserable human and needs to be fired. I also need my refund for my week long stay by tomorrow or I will be showing up and causing a scene with my aunt until we get her $500 back for a room your disgruntle staff wouldn’t let us stay in because of a legal service animal, need to get in contact with the manager of this property I would like to press charges on her but I need her full name.

I recently stayed here for a week. I would have checked out the first night but they don’t give refunds. The staff all looked like they were on drugs. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. The hallway smelled like pine sol and Fabuloso . The rooms were small and cold . No insulation what so ever. The curtains looked like a crime scene. The only thing missing is the white chalk on the floor. One of their workers painted all the doors in the hallway. Never once put up a wet paint sign. My coat was ruined. Stay here at your own risk. Never again!!!!

All and all, not too bad. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and it was fairly clean. The bad things, the carpet needs to go, it was dirty and they said they cleaned once a week, we'll, they did take out the trash once a week. I don't think they did much else. It is in a pretty good location. I stayed about 6 weeks, never had any trouble and the laundry room was nice. I would stay again if I need to.

This place is okay. I liked it (compared to other hotels in the price range) until i didnt. Stayed here for over two months, and in that time i had a baby. I also have two toddlers. Staff felt it necessary to hound me about my room not being presentable enough for THEM, as if i dont pay my share, as if im not a grown adult, as if theyre my mommy or my authority telling me to clean my room. Ive cleaned more parts of that room than any housekeeper has ever touched. Guaranteed. Toys on the floor is what they called dirty. I couldnt even let my kids play and i had constant anxiety about my room not looking clean enough for these people. Because they come once a week to knock on your door and be all up in your business. I quite literally felt like i was in a homeless shelter being bossed around. The housekeeper came every monday to 'clean'. They actually would simply ask me if i needed anything, id say no, and theyd keep going. I took my own trash out, i bought my own trash bags, and i have toilet cleaner, window cleaner, disinfectant spray, a vacuum, a mop, a broom. I clean my own room. So i was super offended when the black chick that acts like she runs things (nobody, not even once, introduced themselves to me so no idea who is who or what role they employ) comes to my door accusing me of having a disgusting room and never letting them inside to clean it. She took one look at the toys my kids were playing with and settled on that. Not only this, but they accused me of stealing their mattress covers. Obviously im homeless because i live here so where on earth would i put the mattress covers? I dont own a mattress! I have to rent yours! The one old lady was adamant she put those covers on herself, yet those covers never came off the bed because they were never on it to begin with. I had another adult with me to testify the covers were NEVER THERE. But these employees indeed attempted to gaslight me into believing i stole something i definitely did not steal. Your housekeeper either chose to be lazy and is trying to pawn the blame onto me, or needs to be treated for early dementia. The black chick i mentioned before was at my door accusing me of all this left and right and rude as he ll and made disgusted faces at me when i politely let her know all of this is a simple matter of communication and nobody has to threaten to kick me out every time they have something to say to me. It may sound like theres more to the story, i somehow angered these people, something. I'm telling you theres not. Like i mentioned before i just had a baby and i spend all my time cooking, cleaning, wiping butts, and desperately trying to sleep. I bothered no one. They noticed the covers not on the mattress and that is where the harassment started because they swear i stole their mattress cover that i have literally not even laid my eyes on let alone my hands to steal it. I will say, aside from the employees here, i did not see a single roach. It is fairly clean inside the rooms but not really. I kept mine clean so cant speak for others. The one lady who drives the gray challenger parks in handicap spot with absolutely no regard for people who might actually need to use it. She thinks she can do stuff like that bc she works here. Its very much racist vibes i felt here. I felt like they were intentionally harassing me so id leave bc im not black. It worked, i left. And im now in a long term hotel that does NOT come to my room to harass me once a week. Leaving this place was the best part of staying here. Also, location is trash. Thieving and crime right here bad. I wouldnt recommend this place based on the...

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I had the worst experience while staying here, avoid this place like the plague. Especially if you have children/family.

-the rooms smell so strong and bad of some type of cleanser similar to ferbreeze which is legitimately suffocating and sticks to your clothes and bedding items -cops where there 3 times in the matter of two weeks i was there, pounding on one guys door which was scary because i think he was arrested. Also at 12am. -someone pulled the fire alarm and let it go off for an hour at 1:00am and it went off constantly the whole next day -i did not want room service and for some reason they didn't like that and told me "room service is mandatory" which is total bullshit, i don't need their shady staff taking my stuff, they came to my to room 4 times in one day. The people who work here are really shady. -the people that stay here are all out ghetto, the Side doors to the building are always open which is a huge safety concern because anyone can walk in and he homeless burrow around the hotel. -people's cars in the parking lot look tampered with -our neighbor upstairs bumped his stereo all day and night long, it was torture. Absolute torture. -the place smells so bad, so so bad. -not a place for children, the place is so ghetto it would scare any child. -not really that clean, i did not see bugs but it smells like the sprayed something to cover up the bad smells which made it worse. -don't plan on getting any sleep, the beds are only springs that dig into you. The floor is more comfortable. i had the first floor so if i wanted to sleep with the windows open i had to smell cigarettes all night from the people who would SIT UNDER MY WINDOW LIKE TOTAL CREEPS. the air conditioner reeks of mold and bad smells and gives you a sore throat for weeks (similar to the pain of strep). Once i got out of there all my ailments went away.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. THIS PLACE IS $400 A WEEK FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

From the moment we arrived it has been a nightmare. First they gave away our 2 bed reservation. After fighting for hours they finally clean a room for us. The pictures are very misleading. The rooms are old, trashed and completely rundown except for the new TV. ||||Understand that these are not full kitchens. It's just a fridge, microwave and a stovetop, no oven, no dishes. Also understand, they do not stock anything. You buy your own toilet paper or anything else you may need. You also only get 2 rotted towels even for our 4 person reservation. They do not give you any more towels your entire stay, you have to wash them yourself. The beds are extremely rough. You also only get 2 flat pillows. The cable goes out off and on constantly. The laundry is a scam. Doesn't take coins or cash. You have to buy a prepaid card from them for $2, then load it with cash, but they charge odd amounts for washing and drying so you always end with unusable balance. Also dryer takes 2 runs to work which you cannot just add a few min, have to buy entire cycle again.||||Prostitution and drug deals are the main attraction here. My wife was even stalked up the stairs by a creepy guy asking what room she was in. When I walked up he asked me if I wanted oxycodine. Outside when we pulled up, another guy asked me for a ride and when I polity declined he tried to fight me. Drunk people hang out outside every night and use the stairs as a bathroom. The side entrances do not close or lock at all so anyone can enter the building. ||||The worst problem of all is the manager, Tangi. She is rude, cusses and refuses to let you check out and get any refund on your remaining days prepaid. Save yourself a lot of stress and find anywhere else.||||I have stayed at just about any type/quality hotel possible and this is by far the worst experience I...
