I'm going to be honest and say this was my first time stepping into a Chuck E. Cheese since my own youth. And it was just as disturbing as I remember. As an overall theme, there is only so much you can do. However, this location seemed a little less than inviting. Given that we are in Colorado, we came here for my sons 5th birthday at the last minute because his party got snowed out. Needless to say, we ended up here. The place was clean for the most part, but the service was very slow. For us being one of 3 tables in the whole place, the staff was struggling to watch the front counter and it took way too long to get the simplest of asks to be met with service or even a friendly attitude. Half of the games were also out of order so your choice of playing material was fairly limited. Not to mention, none of the games that were broken were turned off. They just said "error" and were constantly adding unnecessary noise to the environment. Also, the pizza is still cardboard. Each game gave out 1-5 tickets at most unless you got lucky with a jackpot. Meanwhile, the prizes are close to 600 tickets each. As a staple of my childhood, it's sad to see the residual shell of what Charles Entertainment Cheese has to offer, and I'm disappointed.

First of all Chuck E. Cheese is a brand, my child was not greeted at the door with “hello welcome to Chuck E. Cheese!!!” Every other state greets them with enthusiasm. :( And secondly, the service is so slow. It took almost an hour to get our food! For fries..and cheesy bread?! My son wasnt even interested by the time the food came. Also, I asked someone who was doing anything for a to-go box and they sent me to someone else…lazy? If you don’t wanna work then go home. Don’t make my child’s experience suck. Photo: burnt fries, drowning wings, and awful cheesy bread.

Paid $60 for two large pizzas plus $10 for salad bar - arrived at 7:45 and as soon as we served our first salad they started cleaning up the salad bar and putting everything away. Only got one pizza at 8:30 nearly an hour after being there didn’t even look like a large and as soon as we asked for the other they didn’t believe us and asked for the receipt. Got the next pizza at 9:00-closing time and it was even smaller than the first. Overall disappointing experience but at least my 2 yr old had fun

I truly feel sorry for the manager/s. Nothing but problems the whole visit for my sons birthday. Bought tokens and that's where the problem stared. I don't know the cashiers name (no name tag or not readable or displayed properly) took off well cashing us out had another employee come to the resgiester. He was so confused (no name tag again) asked if we had been helped. We explained that we had gave the girl the money to pay but she had called him over an walked away. He picked up the money counted it and said it was not enough. She came back like nothing had happened . the young gentleman walked away and another female came an asked if there was a problem. We explained how much money we gave and was told we were short. That's when the manager I believe her name was Emily (wonderful fantastic person, truly feel sorry for her) came over an asked what the problem was. We explained and she told us she would take care of it. The second problem happened when we ordered food. Went thru a different person for help. No problem until it was over a hour an still no food. I asked Emily and she checked on it. Refunded us and still gave us our food. She made sure the guest was first! She came an found my on the floor an explained what happened. They had ran out of boneless wings and guess decided not to let us know. Third problem was the prize counter. So much attitude from another female employee. And once again Emily had to step in and help us. I can not thank her so much! I'm also a manager and I know how it can get and she went above and beyond!!! To chuck e cheese can you please have your employees have readable name tags please ?! I would like to know who is helping me. And please retrain your employees on coustmer service. It just makes you as a business look bad. If I could give no stars I would but the 3start is...

Today brought my granddaughter for her 1st trip. Haven't been in many years. First the 2 young men working the cash registers were absolutely zero personality. It was like talking to two walls. Obvious they hate their job, and what they are doing. This is the place to put people with warm welcoming personalities. They were zero help, I was having problems with the app, they stayed they knew nothing about it. I asked if someone did, they didn't know. Purchased some food (#2 combo) a single topping pizza, 2 drinks and some cheese bread. Added a one trip salad bar for nearly $12. Because there were 3 of us, had to add another drink, and 45 minutes of play time. This total was $85. The two walls didn't explain the play card, it's unlimited for a certain amount of time. Didn't realize (wasn't explained) that we could stop play to eat. So 30 minutes of the 45 minutes was essentially wasted. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Added another $20 to her card so she could play. I feel ripped off!!!! Buyer beware!!! The $12 salad bar was honestly not worth $10. Moldy mushy spinach and cheese covered in some kind of white powder (I think moldy).Lettuce wet and soggy instead of crisp. Not impressed! They have employees walking around with some sort of spray and a towel. I guess they are supposed to clean tables. Never saw them clean anything, just walk around goofing off. Never saw a manager, who is supposed to make sure these people are actually working? Someone needs to, because they don't. We even cleaned off our own table, threw away our trash and had to ask for a box to take hope the leftover pizza, not a single offer to help. I have to say, for the cost and the experience, we won't be back. There are so many fun places to take kids,...

Visited this place with my children all 3 being under 10 years old. When we entered the restaurant no one was stamping hands. When we left no one was checking stamps. The stamp was sitting there on the podium with no employees nearby. Went in ordered 2 pizzas and the medium order of wings. 40 minutes later we were buzzed for our food. One of the pizzas was uncut. The wings were frozen!!!!! I took the wings back they said they would re-make them another 30 minutes passed i went back to check no one knew what i was talking about. I finally then just asked for my money back. After assisting the employees on how to find my order on your own system I was able to get a refund for the wings. I also want to point out that your employees lack customer service skills. They also lack communication skills. The girl with the pink hair runs around the entire restaurant has her guy friends there messing around with her. You can't get her to focus. Then you have and older black male with a mustache that just looks like he hates his life working there and if asked anything he is bothered by it and his answer to everything is I don't know. Except for the wings. His answer for that was that you guys don't have a fryer, so they just put them in the oven over and over again and hope they get cooked...
