My post is solely in regard to the people who drive the security cars and walk the mall.
A careless security guard was on her phone and not paying attention to her stop sign. Incoming traffic had no stop or yield sign. However, she was to busy talking to her close friend (who is a male security guard) and drove through her stop sigh without regard to others who had no stop sign. I proceed to park in the handicap parking after the incident and she drove out of her way, (still on the phone) and drove up next to my car staring at me, she parked her car there and looked at me. I am not one to be intimidated so I immediately called the mall and asked for the security supervisor. After explaining what happened the supervisor asked if I would be willing to give a statement, I said yes. While we were sitting in front of the torrid store speaking and I was writing the report, two other security guards were in eyesight, standing behind and far enough away where the supervisor couldn’t see them. I asked why they were staring at me and she asked me to describe them. Once I describe them she said the male was the driver of the Security car’s best friend and was not supposed to leave his station without asking her first. I said so he’s trying to intimidate me like she was, right? She said, “yes, but I will handle it after we are done.”
The problem is these people are here to keep us safe. Yet driving while on the phone, ignoring traffic signs and then trying to intimidate a customer of the mall and not just by one person but at least one other, though there were two watching me give my report when by their own supervisors words they were not supposed to be there.
This is not the type of people you want working in this type of industry. They acted like young thugs. I would love to see retired military doing this rather than some clueless 20 somethings that believe their fake badge gives them the right to act in this fashion.
I have not heard back about the incident or what will happen to those employees.

Read moreSomeone gave us counterfeit money back as change! Be careful and check the change they are giving you if your using money! Possibly Journeys, Piece of Mind India Store or Taco Bell.
I'm so livid right now. Me and my husband work hard for our money. We are not rich and hardly get to spend money on ourselves. After saving we have some money to blow on ourselves.
We went to a few places, Journeys, Torrid, Taco Bell and the Piece Of Mind store next to the Oriental Shp. There's two oriental stores side by side near Sears, it was the furthest one from sears. Not the China one but the India one.
I know it wasn't Torrid because we gave them the exact money. So either Journeys, the India store or Taco Bell gave us a fake $5 bill back in change.
I know it's only $5 but who knows how many people they may be doing that to.
We went to sonic after to get a slush to share and they treated us like scum because they said we were giving them fake money and we tried to get it back and they gave us a hard time getting it back.
Well, we are pretty much out $5 because we took it to the police station after that. The cop said he had to take it and to check your change because there's a lot going around right now.
My husband says %100 it's the India Store (Piece of Mind) because he didn't give us much change back but I wasn't the one who paid so I don't know. Just be careful when your there because someone is giving fake money...
