Aurora Eatery — Restaurant in Aurora

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. The information on the website on when the restaurants are open/closed is not accurate and they will take your money and you will not receive your order or notification that they are closed. Placed a order to a restaurant that was showing open on the website, they confirmed receiving my order and a pick up time via text, get to the mall and no one there to provide my order and door locked. Schedule was posted on the door stating open until 2am, I arrived at 12:30am and stayed waiting until 1am. Filed a claim because I was charged and still have not heard from anyone regarding a refund, this occurred 7/15 (early 7/16). Today is 7/19, no response or cancelled payment on their side. I ran into the Aurora Eatery while leaving the Aurora Town Center Mall, (Between Dillards and the FieldHouse). I like how it’s “a little hole in the wall” but when you walk in, it’s a modern look. You order your food on a touch screen and check in to notify your there to pick up on a touch screen. I appreciate the concept as found on their website, “It’s a virtual kitchen that allows local restaurants to focus on delivery and takeout rather than dine-in service. The Aurora Eatery is also curating chefs, restaurants, and start-up food business to start a kitchen of their own.” Pretty cool! Loving this for Aurora!
