EVERY SINGLE TIME I head to Charley’s at town center in Aurora Mall, I leave COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED, “Aaron” the “manager “ is NEVER friendly, why not be able to communicate with the customers who speak English? However, yesterday, I went to make a lunch order and asked for lemonade, and was denied because they were holding the lemonade for a POSSIBLE DOOR DASH ORDER that HAD NOT BEEN ORDERED YET! When I was THERE WILLING TO PAY FOR IT FOR CERTAIN! Then when speaking about why a paying customer in person could not get what they ordered, they said I ALREADY EXPLAIN YOU! No, you didn’t EXPLAIN ME! You TOLD ME, you had to save it IN CASE an order came online! It’s not the customers fault or issue YOU DON’T have product, but it’s DEFINITELY A PROBLEM not to sell your product to a PAYING DEFINITE CUSTOMER! And RUDELY speaking to a patron who has been supporting the business since they got into AURORA MALL, I left a review on their site and expect to be contacted back by REAL MANAGEMENT because I don’t want to keep paying 24.00 plus for 2 regular sandwiches and a fry and can’t even get them to understand a simple order! Then does not give out his name until the police have to intervene. 15 minutes to 20 per orders due to the lack of management managing and instead arguing with customers. It’s funny how a man will speak to a woman until another man gets involved. Manager Aron offered to fight me until my husband came up to the counter and that’s where he stood behind keeping his voice down until police came to intervene. Read moreI have never been so disgusted in all of my life, 1st off my husband went to get my order from this Charlie's at the Aurora mall nobody spoke English so we could not communicate with them, they got my order completely wrong, then proceeded to give us somebody else's order, we then went back to have it corrected, they gave my order away to somebody else once again had to remake it again, they were extremely rude and horrible and now I have food poisoning from your guys's food I'm not happy this is Ridiculously disgusting and I will never eat there again which is really sad because up until today charleys was my favorite place to eat when their employees cared about the customer, I've never written a complaint before and hope to god I never have to again.
