Terrible!! They advertise kids eat free on the window on tuesdays. I went in with my daughter and my friend came in with her 2 kids. They told us 2 kids max per parents. So we assumed all kids were gonna eat free, my friends chicken fried steak came 10 min after we all got our food. Tana our server told us she was going to discount 10% for the steak being so late. We didn’t get silverware upon being seating I had to get up and find some for us to eat with. We never asked if we wanted refills. Worst part was checking out she handed us a receipt for 33.00 break down 4.99 for 1 kids meal, 8.98 for the other 2 kids spaghetti ( she combinded them) then for my meal was 8.89 and my friend was 8.00 even. Tax on the original ticket was 2.47. I asked why the kids weren’t free so she said she would adjust it. Our new ticket was for 26.67, tax was 1.98? The only thing she did was add a 20% discount which took off 6.17. Totaling 26.67. I kept trying to explain to her that was wrong. If kids eat free then it should have been a total discount of 13.97 to which she agreed, however still wanted me to pay 26.67! I tried to explain basic math to which she said she was doing it right in the computer. I tried to explain her putting 20% discount wasn’t right that it was kids eat free so it was still charging us for basically 1 child. I asked for a manager she was very rude and said we have no managers I don’t have a manager, my friend said there has to be one she said nope they all quit I’m actually training now to be one. We tried so hard for her to realize the basic math issue here, if you are going to be on a register taking people’s money you need to have trained people who understand math and simple basic math at that. She became very rude and said here here look at my computer at this time she also said she wouldn’t be giving the 10% discount for my friends steak we didn’t care at this point because we were so upset about the service here!!!! Read moreI don't know where to begin.. first of all my wife has stage 4: cancer and it is extremely hard For her to make a decision on what she wants to eat. Although she loves Denny so much until tonight! We ordered a superbird and added extra bacon. A salad with four extra dressings and a bourbon sauce for a double burger! Did not get the extra bacon on the superbird. Didn't even get any meat except for two slices of bacon and one slice of turkey. Try as heck and wasn't even toasted with butter like All the other Denny's do! Did not get the salad. Did not get any of the dressings including ranch! That is the only way my wife will eat her superbird. We are actually from Jonesboro, Arkansas and there are no Denny's there so she gets really excited when we come to the West Coast because there are Denny's out here! Our total bill was $45 and she is a very generous tipper! And $20 Was not even there! No salad, no dressing! $0.99 per dressing $5.99 for the salad $0.99 for the bourbon sauce did not receive any of that... The fries were old, disgusting and no salt and cold! The lettuce on the burger is black! So we proceeded to call the store after talking to Our door Dasher.. The door Dasher said that he actually ask them where is the salad and dressing. No response! They just handed him the bag and said there you go! Then we called the store and spoke to Bella. She told us that her manager's name is Joey and he don't get the store until 8:00 which is 3 hours from the time we ordered.. We are extremely tired because we work for the railroad as railroad fireman... Don't have time to deal with this and she didn't have time to deal with us! Very disappointed and it makes me realize why Denny's is closing down. Never again. Will we go to this disgusting place!

Read moreI arrived to pickup a doordash delivery (already-PAID customer), and was ignored for 20 minutes along with 3 other doordashers. When finally approached, the employee was directed by a second not to speak with any of us dashers. I called doordasher support, as is protocol, and when they attempted to call the restaurant (3 times) to resolve the issue (at the least, figure out where the expected order was at in the process), the phone rang nonstop and was strongly ignored. When I was finally acknowledged and told they didn't see me until now, I said "I have a doordash order, they're actually who is trying to call you right now," I was told the phone never rang. While outside the front door, so as to keep the phone call out of customer earshot, the employee who was most hostile came out with the drinks (both missing an inch of liquid if not more), and shoved the bag of food at me, saying "here's your damn food, BYE!" The bag dropped to the ground, she huffed with a smile, and turned around and stalked back to the counter. An employee cleaning the windows witnessed this, as did several customers watching in horror from inside the doorway. The customer was appaled when I explained why the order was late and cold and why the drinks were not filled completely. Doordash has agreed to escalate the situation, until they can reach the owner of the establishment to discuss a resolution for the issue.
PLEASE report hostility and unprofessional behavior. I worked in the food industry for over 10 years - fast food, bar restaurant, baseball concessions, coffee, etc - and have NEVER seen such unprofessional behavior... and ON-CAMERA.
These things will not change if they are not reported...
