This location is the worst and has the rudest and most immature employees. Jada just admittedly kicked out my daughter because her friends were being loud. Even told my daughter it was because of her friends. She felt the best time to tell my daughter this was when she was not even with her friends that caused the issue. My daughter walked into the store to place her order and Jada immediately told her she was not allowed to stay and eat her food because of her friends. She can make a purchase and then leave. How about you deal with the situation the right way by addressing the offenders when it happening and not days later? How is she even sure she got the right person if she chooses to do it that way? When my daughter called me to tell me what was going on I asked to speak with Jada. She refused to speak with me because she “didn’t have to”. I could hear her saying this in the background. I asked my daughter to get the corporate number or her district/ regional manager. She refused that as well and told my daughter to tell me to look it up on google. I took a short trip up there and Jada had now given my daughter the stores phone number but still refused to give me the other information I was asking for. She then changed her story and said my daughter had made a mess there. I will be reporting this store and situation to corporate. The kid’s running this store should not be in charge of anything. They’re an embarrassment to the company and sat on their phones playing in full view of everyone while I sat there. This is how we run businesses now? Don’t go here. I certainly won’t. I’ve been a long time Dunkin’ customer but that changes today. Support local businesses with employees that care and...
Read moreI am a bit disappointed to have to write this review. As a loyal patron for a decade or more I am happy that DD is trying to break into the Colorado market again.
In order to support the Dunkin Donuts my wife and I drive about 9 miles to the Smoky Hill location, passing 3 Starbucks, a McDonalds, and a Carino Coffee on the way.
The last 3 times we have gone to this location the service and coffee has been far less than desireable. Actually service was very good one time from a young lady named Lyric who was cheerful and pleasant, the other two times where not good though.
I think the location could use a corporate secret shopper or something, Definately some improvement training. What actually triggered me to write this was poor service and quality this morning. They were busy so we gave them a pass because things happen, then this evening we decided to go back again. They were not busy at all. It was a different crew as well. When we ordered coffee the guy was rude. We ordered steamed almond milk in our coffee. Not unreasonable since they offer it on the menu. If they put cold almond milk in the coffee it makes the drink cold. Anyways the coffee was waiting at the window when we pulled around. I asked the guy if he steamed it because it take a minute to do. He smirked and said yeah, of course I did... My wife tried her drink and it was luke warm, so basically the lazy prick just lied to us and gave us what ever he felt like instead of what we paid for. We will not be returning to this location again. That was the 3rd time we left this location less than pleased. 3 strikes and your out.
Please corporate do something about this so the Dunkin name doesn't get...
Read morerudest group of girls I've ever witnessed in the service industry. it shocks me to see such a shamelessly mean level of service coming from someone who has also worked years in customer service. I am very understanding bc I'm in it myself, but I have been coming here a few times these past weeks bc my 5 year old niece loves donuts and I like to treat her to something fun after school, but I'm not exaggerating when I say that every single time I have gone, we have been made to feel guilty of doing something horribly wrong for simply ordering (on the kiosk, I wouldn't dare want to order through one of them, it's written blatantly on their faces that they don't want to deal with anyone, anything) - walk in and drive thru.
this will be the first time in my life I will actively not return to a location bc of how terrible this location makes me feel. confidently the most awful customer experience I have ever experienced as a service worker myself.
idk who manages this location, but your shop is being run by some very mean ppl who are learning toxic habits and behaviors from each other and think this is passable. it's a disgrace to us service workers who work just as hard, if not harder, and still have the human compassion to be kind to those who are in your corner and...
