AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
I wish I could give it negative stars, but this is the lowest rating available. Arapahoe location management & service from the ghetto staff is terrible. This location is a Dunkin Donuts co-located with a Baskin Robbins. Selected an Ice Cream cake for my daughter's birthday, and they charged me an extra dollar because their computer had it listed $1 more than the actual item. When I questioned them, they claimed it wasn't their problem because the baker wrote the wrong price on ALL of their cakes. When I told them they should only charge the prices listed, their "manager" Mariana Alicia Alvarez (the unkept, dark haired skinny girl, with piercings throughout her face) copped an attitude. I guess she was upset because she had to override the price and mark it down by $1 dollar. I simply recommended they needed to fix this by either contacting the owner (speak directly with the baker) or someone use a marker and change the prices on the remaining cakes to reflect the correct price. This would avoid any confusion in the future. Mariana again copped an attitude and told me to "get out." Really? Mariana is young (19), immature, and doesn't know how to treat customers. How does a person like this even get a job in retail, much less get to be in charge of a location? Keeping her in charge will only continue to ruin this location. Mariana needs to be removed from interacting with any customers at ANY LEVEL, hide in the back and stack napkins or take out the trash.

On Yelp, you'll see feedback specifically for Mariana Alicia Alvarez. There are pictures of her ignoring customers, hiding her face & eating ice cream, while talking on the phone at work. She is Toxic to interact with and is detrimental to the Baskin Robbins image. Mariana is beyond rude and will drive all...
Read moreThis is a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins combination that recently opened up in the area. It's in a great location and I have always been a fan of Baskin Robbins ice cream so I was excited to take my kids there. We walked in immediately noticed the floors were covered in melted, sticky ice cream and the rugs were filthy near the door. We walked up to the freezers and they were easily out of at least 7 flavors of ice cream (I would get a flavor or two but they didn't even have regular flavors like chocolate or vanilla or cookie dough). There was a heaping pile of bagels and croissants on top of one of the machines back in the corner near the drive through. The tables were covered in left over droplets of ice cream all over the place and the trash was literally over flowing out of it's area and people were left to just leave their trash next to the trash can. There were two young kids working and the one that helped us seemed more interested in his cell phone then actually working. If I hadn't promised my kids Baskin Robbins then we would have turned around and walked out. We took our ice cream to go as I didn't want any if us sitting there, IT TRULY WAS DISGUSTING! Finally, this place hasn't been open long...maybe 3 or 4 months at best. The space next to them is still being built!! How is it possible that somewhere this new is already this trashed? It's truly disappointing and the manager should instill a since of pride in their employees and set higher standards of cleanliness and service. We will not be going back here at all!! If I could give them zero...
Read moreUpdate This location lost a star because once again, they're terrible. I, again, tried submitting a survey only for it to tell me the survey code is incorrect. I'm not surprised considering the bottom of the receipt misspelled the word "email". Today I got a bag, order #188, despite my receipt showing order #195. I ordered and paid for a breakfast sandwich and received a plan crossaint. No one ever responded to this poor review before, and since I can't submit a survey, I won't be surprised if I don't get a response to this either.
Well, I was just going to take the survey on the bottom of my receipt, but the code doesn't work, so here I am. I used my dunkin app today to scan my rewards and had read that Wednesday's right now offer a free medium coffee to reward members. I mentioned it, and I was charged anyway. I read the disclaimer, and I met all the requirements, so I'm not sure why I was charged. They also consistently don't have menu...
