Dunkin' — Restaurant in Aurora

I wish I could give negative stars. We go to this location all the time. NEVER AGAIN! I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. It was busy which is fine. I ordered a cup of ice a sausage croissant and a hot chocolate. When I got to the window the girl put water in the cup of ice. I told her I just wanted a cup of ice. She got an attitude and walked away. We sat at the window for about 8 minutes when another girl brought a bag to the window with multiple things in it. I told her that wasn't my order. Again major attitude. I was told I didn't have to be rude. Again I only said that wasn't my order. I said I am sorry I have been waiting Again my order was 3 things. I was told they were short staffed. The other girl then come over to tell me she had been there since 5 am. And they were short staffed. So I told her I had been up working since 5 am and had to take my daughter to urgent care. Then a third girl came to the window and started saying things. I told them to just give me a refund and was informed that they couldn't because there was no manager. I asked for the managers name and number 3 times. To make it even better I had to ask for my hot chocolate twice. So basically these three girls wasted about 20 minutes being rude and disrespectful and still couldn't get the order correct. Correction I also had a 20 Oz diet coke which is why I wanted the ice. I am sure I am at this moment being called " "Karen" and at one point I probably was but I assure you it was after I was completely disrespected...

The staff is so sweet, I leave with a compliment from them a lot of the time and it puts a big smile on my face.

They do a good job of getting me in & out of the drive thru if there’s not a line, and if there is a line, I’m pretty confident it’s because someone ahead of me ordered a lot of food items off of the menu and that takes longer since it is made fresh.

Their stock can be iffy for sure but that’s not their fault either, that should be taken to some management higher up the chain. Other locations have the same issue.

There was one time I ordered hash browns & they gave me empty packets without the actual food in there but I honestly just thought it was funny af, they were busy and clearly overwhelmed but if you don’t like to laugh things off just double check your stuff & ur fine. They fix things as fast as they can manage.

Overall I adore the staff, their coffee & food, and they’ve always been so efficient and have a get-sh!t-done attitude when it comes to ordering without being rude about it....

I rarely, if EVER, go to a Dunkin. Today was just another reason why I don’t and now WILL not go back.

Very simple order: -Small caramel frozen coffee -Plain bagel with veggie cream cheese

Now I am sure all of you know that when you order cream cheese with a bagel it’s 75 cents to $1.25 extra. No biggie right? Not at the Aurora Dunkin. I kid you not, there wasn’t even a knife full. I wish I could share the photo, it was pathetic. I mean if it was free I could care less and if they had at least one decent product or customer service it would be worth the money.

At any rate. It’s just sad how people that beg for $15 an hour can’t even get a simple order right. Dunkin is simply a waste and they have lost my business from my family to my company...
