THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION ANYWHERE! GOT A DRINK THAT TASTED LIKE THE MILK WAS SPOILED, ON TOP OF WAITING OVER 25 MINUTES STUCK IN THE LINE BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES WOULD RATHER STAND AROUND CHATTING RATHER THAN TAKING THE CUSTOMERS ORDERS. THEN THEY CLEARLY SEE THAT THERE WAS NO CARS IN THE SECOND LINE YET THEY DECIDED TO FINALLY START TAKING ORDERS AND THEY DISMISSED THE ENTIRE LINE OF CARS THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN SITTING THERE OVER 10 MINUTES TO TAKE THE ORDERS OF THE CARS THAT HAD JUST PULLED UP. IT'S NEVER LESS THAN A 20 MINUTE WAIT AND THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO DO BETTER. AND YES THE EMPLOYEES WE WATCHED STAND THERE CHIT CHATTING WERE MOST DEFINITELY NOT TALKING ABOUT ANYTHING WORK RELATED THEY ARE JUST THERE TO CHAT WITH THEIR BUDDIES RATHER THAN DO THEIR JOB. I HAVE GIVEN THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT ENOUGH TIMES, TODAY WAS THE LAST STRAW. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE. First off I go to this Dutch Bros often; at least 3 times a week. The grand opening was great and service was fast. The next few times I went the service was fast and I didn't wait more than 5 minutes. Ever since about a month after opening it takes so long to get drinks now. You have to literally make sure you set at least 45 minutes aside if you want to go through drive thru. I feel they brought seasoned employees in to open the building which is why the service was so fast but I would imagine by now all the employees there would be seasoned enough to crank these orders out. Not sure what the deal is. I can understand wanting to have a fun and enjoyable work place, but do it with a sense of urgency and crank these delicious drinks out. To combat the frustrations of waiting forever for a drink, I always order ahead now on the app and do walk up window as waiting to pick up in the drive thru would not save any time as the line is always backed up. None the less, I will still go to this Dutch, but I will never use...

I am a regular to dutch bro on illiff. I have a very set drink I get every day. I wanted to try this location because it's new. The lady that came to take our order we was the second car. There were only 3 cars. She took my order correctly. There were two employees inside making drinks. The guy made one of my drinks and the girl inside made my other drink. I ordered two freezes and she gave me an ice drink. I went back to the window. I told her I had ordered a freeze and she said that what you ordered. She said not that I don't believe you, but let me check the order. Ask the guy with her it was a iced he yelled. It was a freeze. She said she just wanted to check because she rang it in wrong, not that I didn't believe you, but I made it right. He yelled at her again it was a freeze she said I heard you.
