McDonald’s — Restaurant in Aurora

To all McDonald's lovers out there (just like myself) please stay away from this location, please. There is nothing wrong with the food (if there's any inside your bag) but there is something wrong with some employee's attitude, lack of professionalism and respect for their customer's time and their family time. During this evening's visit, I was given the wrong type of sandwiches, and this is not the first time they do this mistakes, which is why I check on the spot, and this is what I advise all customers out there, to please check on the spot your food. After I showed them first, during the payment that the order is taken in wrong, I was told it will be fixed (pull over to the next window). They brought in the wrong sandwiches the first time, wrong order The second attempt, 4-5 minutes later I was handed two sandwiches without the chicken patties, I checked on the spot. During the third attempt I was given the same thing, two empty sandwiches, plus another one for my patiance, and was told that this time is correct, and it was not correct, the sandwiches were missing the meat, again. During the forth attempt, they brought in another bag, after I had been waiting for 20 minutes, and at that point I told them that there is always something wrong with this restaurant. I was asked: Why do you keep coming to our restaurant if you always complain? I answered: because I love to eat at McDonald's. I was told to hand them the receipt back and the card that I paid with and they will give me the money back. I asked for the food first, because I had been waiting for twenty minutes on my food. They said that there is not going to be food for me. I was told to leave, without getting my money back, they said they canceled my order. I had not received my money back, I had not received my food that I payed for and I had lost 20 minutes of my time. I had been told to never purchase from their location. I have contacted McDonald's Corporate Office already by e-mail and tomorrow I will call them, also. I will also contact BBB(Better Bussiness Bureau) for getting charged and being mucked by, being disrespected and having my money taken with no food...

I ordered online, drove up to pick up the food, went inside and no one was at the counter for about 3 mins. Then toss young kid comes over says how can I help you? I said I have an online order showed him my phone with the order, he asked about my code, again showed him my phone then said ok he will check on it. Then a young lady came over asked if I had been helped I told her the young man was supposed to be getting it, she said ok and walked away. Stood there another 5 min. Then I am guessing the manager came over asked if I had been helped. I said yes he said what was I waiting on, I said am online order and showed him the phone. He said he never seen this but then called me by name. Said he would get on it. Another 5 min go by and he brings the drinks no food. So about 3 more minds he brought the food and said here you go and walked away. Csr not paying attention to the customers is ridiculous. If you don't know what your doing don't walk away get someone who knows what they are doing. 18 mins on a online order that was placed 12 min before showing up kind of ridiculous. I like to think I'm a reasonable guy, so when a month ago I come in through the drive thru only to wait 10 minutes while the employee at the window took the order(S) for the second drive thru after already asking what I would like to order, maybe it was a rush, it wasn't, it was 10 pm at night, but maybe sometimes shit happens, then I try again about week ago, and again! The second drive thru gets first order AFTER I was asked what I wanted, both times I drove away, and so at this point it would be a shame on me if I go again, but today I found myself waiting at the drive thru again, and for a 3rd time, and once againI was skipped over! That along with the moments I do eventually get food, I order without cheese and it's been four out of five times I get cheese, so at this point I'm gonna have to say that this place isn't all it's cracked out to be, I thought being a brand new store it would be taken care of, but yet this keeps happening, so why should I bother? I'd skip this location and probably just go to the burger king across the street...
