EMPANADA ESPRESSO Coffee — Restaurant in Aurora

We stopped by for some coffee and a beef empanada. We got two cafe con leches and a beef empanada. Ill start off with the good. The beef empanada had crispy exterior with a slight sweetness and the beef inside was super flavorful and was not dry. The chimichurri sauce was so good with it and had alot of flavor as well. The bad. The cafe con leches we had were not good at all. No sweetness and was very watery. Its quite literally bean water. This place is awesome! If you're a foodie you gotta try this place out. Pretty expensive but for foodies it's worth the money. Authentic and the bread don't get me started. It's light and you don't get bloated afterwards 😃 i will come back for dessert. I had the stake sandwich. The fries that came with the meal. 🤤 REALLY hope Colorado supports...
