Went thru the drive thru and ordered the usual two cheese quesadilla two bean burritos two tacos and a nacho bell-grande and a baja blast, it came to 24.12 and I paid and left. I got home and noticed that 1) I didn't get a receipt. I took my items from the bag and handed the bag to my son for his items. as i was eating mine I noticed 2) the nachos Bell-grande had hardly any chips in it. Shortly there after I my son comes to me and asks how many cheese quesadillas I ordered and I said two and he tells me 3) there was only one and 4) the other wasn't cut. At that point I found the number to the store on google and called, several times and no answer of the phone. So my son and I decided to drive down there, I went up to the counter and the lady there 5) looked at me and walked away (that was the manager). I asked another employee and he turned and called to the lady who had just walked away, she came up to the counter and 6) she didn't seem very friendly. I explained what was the issue and she asked is I had the receipt(?) I explained again that I didn't get one, She asked how much I'd spent I said 24 and change and then she asked for the receipt again. (There was something of a language barrier so I explained again I didn't get one.) She then asked where's the food and I explained I'd left it at home as I was just seeking the replacement of the quesidilla. At that point she said something 7) that was rude, demeaning and akin to calling me a lair. I at that point said i see your not going to do anything about this and started to walk away to hear her basically say with an attitude 8) "that's fine whatever"! That is the rudest I have been treated in a long time and will not be going back and I had...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The staff at this location clearly care more about their drive-thru timer than they do about actual customers. I ordered through the app, drove over (which took a few minutes), and when I pulled up, the woman at the window told me to drive around and come back in 5 minutes just to protect their timer. There wasn’t even anyone behind me! When I said I’d just wait, she started arguing with me, insisting I hadn’t waited long enough—even though I literally had to drive there after placing the order.
I even offered to park so they could bring it out, but she flat-out refused, saying they had “too many mobiles” and “only three workers.” Then I got the so-called manager’s number, and his response was “Lo siento, no puedo hablar ahora.” Honestly, I doubt that was even the manager.
When I stood my ground and refused to drive off, I pointed out it was no different than ordering through the drive-thru in the first place. Her response? She told me to shut up as she closed the window. To make matters worse, when I finally got the food—it was wrong.
So let me ask: when does some corporate “timer” become more important than basic customer service and respect? If the staff can’t even step outside because it’s raining, then customers shouldn’t have to pay the price for that.
Bottom line: go elsewhere. There are Taco Bells that actually treat customers like people. This...
Read moreI understand Friday nights at Taco Bell drive thru are typically busy since I doordash but yesterday....I waited 30mins trapped in line waiting for a delivery I had accepted, only to get to the window and have them tell me they had not even begun it. I look through the window..... No less than 5 other orders bagged and waiting to be picked up/delivered. Staff did quickly apologize and kick it into high gear so at least that was good. Something is going on with ALL Taco Bell locations. Their drive thrus seem like a longer wait these days, their orders often lack attention to detail/correct items, and generally the staff seems not to grasp the concept of FAST FOOD. On top of all this....most of the Taco Bells in my market area seem to pick and choose when they are open....when they lock the lobby....when they bring food to you as they advertise! It's getting absurd. I know I'm not the only one. I talk to patrons and other delivery drivers about Taco Bell experiences a few times a week. I've rarely heard anything but disappointing news the last year! Corporate is all about profits.....cutting corners....hiring young and inexperienced staff....and not paying them what they are worth! This is likely why a "now hiring" sign is up in nearly all locations. Their obligation isn't to customers anymore.....It's to the shareholders! WHAT A FRIGGIN SHAME that it's become so obvious! DO...
