First let me say am surprised this subway’s has 3 stars, the last time I went into this place was 2 years ago and I quit going because of the horrible customer service. And I don’t know why I thought it would have been any different today when I decided to give it one last try, well I soon discovered that it was a bad idea as soon as I walked in the young man behind the counter took a deep breath and seemed upset that more customers were coming in. The young lady and I use the term lady loosely was sitting on the floor putting chips on the stand in front as a customer was getting his sandwich made. So she gets up gos behind the counter without washing her hands and never said how can I help you she say what would you like in a very irritated voice, so I told her what I wanted then she asked me what kind of bread I wanted and I didn’t hear her say that the first time so I said am sorry I didn’t hear you. OMG!!! This girl says, I SAID WHAT CAN I GET YOU!!!!! In her most ghetto voice. So I said i don’t want anything from this place with you talking to me like that, she then says good!!! So I went off telling her if she was hates her job or having a bad day or you don’t like your job you should have stayed home. She then says whatever so my husband and I did go off on her, I then asked her what her name was and she said I don’t have to tell you my name so I asked the guy behind the counter what is her name and he said I can’t tell you that because she didn’t have a name tag on. His name tag was on his little visor covered by all his hair that should have been covered in a hair net, I asked for the managers name and the number to the store number and both said they were not allowed to give out that information, so remodeling this subway was a complete waste of time because you can but lipstick on a pig and it will still be a pig. I feel bad for the owner of this location and can see why the place has such a low rating, you’re business is only as good as the employees you hire and how well you train them. This place gets an F- when it comes to customer service do Aurora a favor and shut it down.

Read moreWorst Subway imaginable. I went in to get a sandwich for myself and my pregnant wife before her doctor's appointment. They had a small rush and the gentleman with the Slipknot tattoo on his neck claiming to be the manager looked absolutely overwhelmed by the smallest rush possible.
It started by him yelling at his employee to not finish ringing up a customer who is ready to leave because they were just too many orders that they needed to take care of. I asked for my wife sandwich and he left to go finish making other sandwiches and when he came back I asked for a small request, to which his reply was you should have said that from the start. This was jarring to say the least when there wasn't even an option to let him know what we wanted.
Long story short this supposed neck tattooed manager says I have the right to refuse service and I'm not serving you get out of my store. I'm the last person that would try to rush or cop an attitude especially when I see people are working and apparently overwhelmed by a small rush.
The situation ended with this individual not giving me their direct supervisor or district managers number and telling me, if you know what's good for you you would leave.
Deplorable situation and an absolute perfect example of an unqualified and inept manager. To be honest, I was just looking for a sandwich and we were able to get lunch somewhere else, but the fact that that man is a manager over other employees I feel very sorry for them.
We live pretty close to this location I would highly recommend that anybody that looks at this review just stay clear of this location, The food is mediocre at best and the customer service is horrendous. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would! I had ordered through DoorDash and the dasher was waiting there for almost an hour because there was only one employee. While I get the stress of working by yourself because I myself have worked fast food there is ABSOLUTELY no reason to be rude to your customers and tell a dasher their order isn’t important because they have 3 other customers who aren’t DoorDash. (I’ve also door dashed and understand that while they’re waiting for one order they’re missing out on more money through other orders). I’ve always had a problem with subway being slow when doing orders. Even if it is in person. That company needs a full factory restart on all their employees and to rehearse what their store service means to them. Every location is horrible but this one is by far the worst location in the franchise. I’ve always had an issue at this store. Like I said they need a factory reset! And the food wasn’t even prepared nicely either it was all sloppy and the bread was all broken up and half of the things we ordered weren’t on it.
