Fuzzy's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Aurora

I am not having luck lately when it comes to food. I decided to drive 30 minutes across town at 10 o’clock nearly at night just to try fuzzies. I should’ve listened to my girlfriend on the phone when she told me it was overpriced overrated, and not worth it. I ordered two steak tacos and one chicken taco. I wanted the fajita taco advertised online but they no longer have it and I wanted a spicy chicken taco which they advertise online and they also told me they do not have. I asked for one of the steak tacos to have peppers the girl the counter who is not friendly whatsoever tells me that they have peppers, but they don’t have a way to ring peppers up so that I can’t have them. I said that was fine. She tells me that I can’t have them. I wait about 20 minutes for my food , it comes out there is one steak taco and two chicken tacos. I asked for No Cheese. There is cheese on all three, and two chicken and only one steak. No peppers. Thank goodness I decided to eat there so I caught the mistake. I take it to the counter were four employees all look at me as if they are confused when I’m telling them the order is wrong. I explain what the issue is and they tell me she is going to fix it. She walked up to my table with three individual strips of peppers literally three in a cup and says here is one portion worth of peppers. I laugh and tell her no the issue wasn’t just the peppers. It’s the wrong kind of taco she looks at me and says oh. I say yeah. She says so. Do you want me to swap one of those for you. No at this point it’s been a half hour. I don’t when you went back to the Kitchen 10 minutes ago that’s what I thought you were doing not being petty and saying give her exactly 3 strips of peppers. I ATTEMPTED TO CLICK ON LINK IN RESPONSE BELOW BUT IT DID NOT WORK. I MANUALLY TYPED IT IN ON MY COMPUTER AND RESPONDED THERE BUT I DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS GOING TO WORK. Rewards through the app wouldn't work. I'm not sure what happened to the manager who was delivering the food that was ready but she disappeared and the done food was piling up. There was only one cook getting all the food ready. I think that is what caused my order to be prepared incorrectly. I asked for no beans, no guacamole or salsa. The beans were added to my burrito bowl. I could have been allergic to beans but yet the beans had touched all the food. This is a health issue and could have been deadly for someone allergic to beans. Lastly I shouldn't have been charged for over $3 dollars for a regular cup for soda. I know the owners of Fuzzy Taco's want to make money at the sacrifice of consumers but it should not cost $3 dollars for a cup. I also wanted coke but the coke machine ran out of coke. I couldn't ask an employee because there were none around. This is at 1:30 or so. Still lunch time so there should have been more employees working. I had to take my own food off the ready shelf. I felt sorry for the other people who were waiting for their food and it would be cold before they got it. I was only able to eat half the food. There was only a little bit of carnitas meat on there. There needs to be a mild pico de gallo. I can not handle spicy foods and I have had mild pico de gallo before. The food and service have gone greatly down hill. At Chipotle I could have at least seen my food being put together and no beans would have been put...
