I've ordered deliveries from this location about once a week/week and a half since moving to this area and have had no problems with their service and have always tried to tip them fairly well, mainly because I myself work in customer service and understand how much of a headache it is sometimes, but these past few times have been more annoying than anything. Last week I ordered my usual three sandwiches, chips, pickles, and cookies for my family and I. They forgot to add the cookie into the box, I called and spoke directly to the driver and apologized repeatedly and with haste and brought me two cookies for the inconvenience. Now, tonight, once again I ordered my usual, and once again they forgot the cookie, and also didn't cut our sandwiches in half and our 1/4 pickles were completely disproportionate and old looking. I called them and told them they forgot our cookie, to which I was told they didn't have any such orders. I responded and told them I had a receipt and after giving the boy on the phone the order number he apologized and said he would try to get it back over to me. Twenty minutes later, the driver knocked on my door, said "Here's your cookie, sorry." and walked away. The bad attitude and incompetence I experienced tonight has made me second guess spending my money here. I'm not sure what happened, if they are under new management or are training new employees, but this is not the service I'm used to. I hope the company reads this review and works on resolving the problem to ensure my business...
Read moreI ordered a sub here in the drive through a couple months back. The sub fell onto the curb when they went to hand it to me. The drive through woman working just panicked and looked at the woman who was making the sandwiches. She just looked at me and said “well it is wrapped so can you just pick it up off the ground?” Pretty appalled I responded that there were ants already crawling on the paper. She then rolled her eyes and said well it’s going to take another minute to make you another one. She waited for me to respond to see if I would feel guilty enough to pick it up off the ground until I told her “that is okay, I don’t mind waiting for a new one”. She then begrudgingly remade the sandwich and the nice woman working the drive through gave it to me. I told her thank you, and when I got back to work and opened it it was mostly just bread and a sprinkle of lettuce.
Tonight, my husband pulled up to the restaurant about 8:20pm to see that they put up a sign that they closed at 7pm. The staff and the hours here are incredibly inconsistent. I love JJs, and it is just a 10 minute drive from my job. Besides these incidents as well as maybe having my sandwich right 60% of the time I would love to continue to eat here, but I have found myself choosing restaurants nearby instead afraid I was going to was have a similar experiences. Please spend time with your employees and have them do better! Maybe a change in management! Thank you...
Read moreI take my two kids on Thursdays to k get jimmy John’s for good behavior typically not this location but it was on the way so we stopped. The child running the register was incapable of taking the order from my son 8 years old so I stepped in to end the difficult confusion the employee was struggling with.
Very very simply order turkey jalapeño ranch and cheese on one side none on the other cut in half wrap separate as I have 2 kids…….. this employee told me it can’t be done and when I asked why he said they won’t cut it I asked if he had a knife in the kitchen used for cutting and he said no… meanwhile mad mortigan from willow standing behind him was literally sucking on his fingers for an uncomfortable amount of time and when he noticed me watching his ridiculous behavior he felt brave enough to confront me …. Haha I won’t get into how that could have gone poorly for him real quick.. I opted to leave and not hand over my money to this terribly run facility.. cooperate and store level managment u may want to get this...
