McDonald's — Restaurant in Aurora

We were coming in about every week but we stopped. It seems like every single time we go we either get the wrong order or order is messed up. We go inside every time and there's always 3 to 4 people standing there expediting, but no one making anything. Just like this morning. My husband and I just went in to get two coffees. 20 minutes later and no coffee, I asked for my money back. Waiting for coffee, I had already miss my bus to work and my husband had to leave without even getting his coffee because he can't be late. Time before that... We order three dollar cheeseburgers and a fish sandwich. Left out the fish sandwich. Time before that... Didn't even get the right order. Look I know from working with fast food for several years that things can get caught up in the hustle and bustle but when it is every single time a customer comes in that their order is always different and always incorrect or takes way too long to make when it's not busy is ridiculous and gives your company a bad name. even standing there explaining to other customers that we were waiting on two coffees and other customers are even telling us that this is an everyday regular thing is sad. but I see that most people don't have time to complain just as the last two times I didn't complain... But I'm not going to keep giving my money to a company that doesn't care to do it right the first time or to fix it. I had asked for my money back three different times this morning before I ever even got an apology. I think that's just crude. Three people were standing there expediting food but no one could pick up the two coffees that sat there on the order list before any other orders. Orders that were taken after mine we're going out with coffee but they couldn't fill in order for two coffees. I'm just going to keep complaining until someone...

The ONLY reason we went to this McDonald's was because my Grandbaby wanted a Happy Meal. So, I ordered through my App to pick up at the drive-thru. We get to the pick up window and this little girl gave us our drinks and told us to pull up to #3 and they'll bring the rest of our order out. We waited there for 30 minutes. We kept seeing others get their food! Finally, this boy employee came over and asked us what we ordered. We told him and he said he'd be right back. We never saw him again! Now, I'm a very patient person! I Don't get mad off of petty things like this. That's why I'm 64 and look 44. Anyway, finally this female employee showed concern and got us our order. By that time, my Husband and I no longer wanted our 2 large fries but, my Grandbaby enjoyed her Happy Meal. She's the MAIN reason I didn't go off! She's the one who told me, "Grandma be patient". She's only 7! I'm so proud of her! Now, I Don't know if a ignorant racist McDonald's employee did this intentionally or there was actually a problem with the system. I hope it was NOT done intentionally! Because a lot of young ignorant folks DONT realize that EVERYTHING YOU DO COMES BACK TO YOU. So, you better be careful on how you treat people! The breakfast in m the taste of it was very good and it was very well put together however this service really does suck she kept asking my husband is that all is that all is that all and he wouldn't even be done trying to get the mail out that we want it I telling her what we wanted to drink or how we needed a certain meal done and we've been here a couple of times and this is constantly constantly a bad does not matter who is on the headphone set they all do there's been a few times they haven't given us our change back when it's been like over $5 but they're not very very busy when we go which is either early morning or late night they do prepare like a good cheeseburger like it's not all just locked together the drink is feel like to the top and made right however sometimes the meals are a little too hot I rather have them a little too hot then undercooked are cold but if you're looking for like a quick good put together a meal easy drive-thru to go through and don't mind somebody like interrupting you when you're ordering quite a bit then this is the place but hey the...
