Neveria Fiesta — Restaurant in Aurora

I just had the worst experience at this place. I went inside with my boyfriend and he ordered a small shake... thinking it would cost the average 4-5$ (the shake was very watery, and it didnt taste like chocolate at all.... so bad!! ) I ordered a raspado that costs $2.99 and I asked if it came with fruit and they told me: Yeah it looks just like the one advertised on the wall. There were only 3 teenagers working and they took about 15 minutes to prepare a watery, blend shake and a icy raspado. At the cashier, suddenly everything changed; The bill was $14.02, they charged us $6.99 for the small shake and $5.99 for shaved ice with one piece of mango and 3 strawberries. The teenagers were so inexperienced! We won't go back there ever again!! This is a rip off!!!!! I hope they close...

Hoy le compro mi esposo unas fresas con crema a la señora(la dueña del negocio). La leche de las fresas con crema estaba echada a perder. Entonces como mi esposo las acababa de comprar regresamos para decirle a la señora. Porque nosotros no nos vamos a comer algo que huele y sabe a podrido. Para que se fijara y que no le vendiera a otro cliente fresas con leche podrida.

Nosotros hibamos con el plan de cambiar la fresas por una agua o una mangoneada. La senora cuando le dijimos se puso a comerse las fresas enfrente de nosotros como en forma burlandose que no sabian mal. Despues hizo que otra muchacha lo probara enfrente de nosotros.( pobresita la muchacha la muchacha como que no lo queria probar y le grito que lo probrara enfrente de nosotros) despues le dijo verda que no sabe mal y la muchacha se quedo callada. Y que mala jefa que aga a sus empleados provar algo afuerzas ni le dio cuchara nueva con la misma que llevamos las fresa la hizo que probrara.

debería de ver el lado de un cliente y simplemente disculparse y preguntar que podia hacer para que nosotros nos sientieramos bien.

Por sierto siempre ivamos con ella y esta es la primera ves que hemos tenido un problema y nunca me esperaba que se portara de esa manera.

Nunca volvere ! ( y yo se que no le importa señora) porque cuando le dije me dijo “bendito sea dios”😂

Y si le dije que porque se ponia fea y defensiva porque haci se comporto. No necesito sus falsas bendiciones que se devuelvan para...

The lady and teenagers need to get off their high horse no comparison to other spots that do give you quality of service and their antojitos are amazing I asked if it came with natural fruit made raspado all I got was ice with water and condense milk I could of blended my own at home ...they have a better place at the aurora mall charges me less and...
