I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but almost every time I go there are problems. Today I went there for the last time. My fries were absolutely cold and hard. I waited just over five minutes for them to acknowledge me standing at their counter holding the cold fries, and this was after I frantically waved at them over and over. All the employees walked by me numerous times in those minutes and completely ignored me. When I finally got one lady's attention, I told her the fries were really cold and could I please get some fresh ones. She grabbed them from me and didn't say one word. Rude. One of the other ladies came back with more fries that were warmer, but still not fresh. I said thank you and she glared at me, so I loudly said, "you're welcome" which she ignored. After that ordeal, my hamburger was cold.... what a miserable lunch. I have never seen a bunch of women as rude and unfriendly as these women are. Why would management put up with their employees treating customers the way these women do? I would go out of my way to go to a different location and avoid this one. It's a shame because this location is the closest one to my home. When I go to Chick-fil-A, they actually appreciate you being there. This is the 3rd time in the past 3 months that I came here and their ice cream/shake/Mc Flurry machine was out.
This is also the 3rd time that I have asked for water, and they gave me the rest of my order but made me wait in the pick-up space for my water which took more than 5 minutes!!!
I tried to give them a chance to be better, but they didn't pull through.
Never coming back here.

Ordered a hot fudge and paid for an extra hot fudge. Then I was given a caramel. I refused to accept and the lady said, they didn't have hot fudge. Then she asked, 'You don't want it'?
I said, no. I want my money back. They gave me cash that was less than what I paid for. I wasn't able to complain because my husband drove off.

We passed by drive through on Friday, Nov 5, around 5 p.m. There were 2 cars in front of us. The lady who took our order sounded clear and professional.
The guy that gave me my order was terrible. He was talking to someone in Spanish the whole time he was assembling my order. He then start handing me a dripping drink holder, while still talking to someone! I said, that's dripping, I am not putting that in my car. He took out the dripping drink, while still handing me the dripping drink holder. I said, at least give me some napkin. I dried the drink holder and placed it on my floorboard.

Brought my sons drink from his happy meal to the counter then gave attitude that if you bring a drink up before your aren’t allowed to refill any other drink even tho I paid for 2 drinks that’s 1 refill per drink she walked away with attitude and immediately went into defense mode of trying to force the owners phone number on me to call to complain cause she obviously doesn’t have the time of day for anyone don’t be in customer service if you can’t handle the public it’s not a hard job that’s why you can start here while still being at high school at 16 management is about leading by example and a small issue like this is an apology and fix it not get a attitude and walk away the franchise needs to get this location right the excuse was we lose money we can’t do more than a refill
