I have had very little issues with this location since I moved to this area back in September, I love DQ and it's easy on the wallet. The workers were nice and even when clearly short staffed they would still try their best. I started ordering from the app in the hopes of helping with drive-thru traffic. I ordered my stuff this time however and when I entered I realized my order had somehow gotten cancelled. I brought this up to the cashier and she mentioned it to what I assumed was the assistant manager at the drive-thru, who then accused me of having already picked up my order repeatedly, she said she saw me in the drive thru and I had gotten and left. It was pretty bold accusation-- I'm a regular here, and I was just wondering what happened to my order and suddenly the people behind me are hearing as this woman is blatantly accusing me of trying to steal food, I didn't want to cause a scene-- but I was livid! I was being accused of something I had not only paid for, but was supposedly cancelled and not picked up and it was LOUD-- for everyone else could hear the accusation and it was incredibly embarrassing, as an autistic person I struggle enough in social situations and I now am randomly being accused of something I genuinely didn't do and I could not get a word in. The manager came out later and explained the order just didn't go through, I appreciated her kindness but I can't shake the really upset feeling of being publically accused of scamming for food. Idk if I'm coming back, it sucks bc I have racked up so many points at this location but that was horrible, I just hope my money gets refunded, but I don't even know if I'd be willing to go back to get that fixed knowing how they are willing to treat paying customers on a false assumption alone.

UPDATE: DQ basically said "franchisee so not my problem" so yeah avoid this place bc there was literally nothing...

She always had them as a kid and it totally makes her birthday and she just loves these cakes. I’ve been going to this location every year for 3 years JUST to order her a cookie dough ice cream cake that says “happy birthday”. Simple. This is the 3rd year in a row now that this location has screwed up the order. First year, they didn’t even make the cake at all and I had scramble to get one from another location despite ordering a week ahead of time. 2nd year they screwed up the cake and gave us an Oreo. My wife said to give you guys one more chance and this year you gave us a plain cake, no blizzard or any flavor at all. I put my order in with Carlos on the 20th and picked up the cake on the 23rd. Not to mention the people there obviously hate their job and I had to wait 20 minutes just to have someone help me at the counter, but that’s beside the point. For 3 years straight, you have ruined my wife’s birthday and are slowly destroying the nostalgia of her childhood. For that, this location deserves to be closed...
Read moreI ordered a cake for my daughter’s sweet 16 party. I went to pick it up and it was the wrong size (I ordered the sheet cake and got a medium sized round one), the writing was hideous and they didn’t do any of the decorations that I asked for (I asked for blue stars around the happy birthday). When I pointed it out that it was wrong they said to give them 20 minutes and they would make it correctly. I told them I didn’t have time, my party was in an hour, and then I asked why it wasn’t done right the first time. I looked at the order sheet that was on the cake to see if I had made a mistake or if it didn’t print correctly, but it had printed exactly how I ordered it. When I asked for a discount for the wrong cake, they called the manager who refused and said the discount was that I was paying for the smaller cake. Which is ridiculous- because they charged full price for the sized cake they gave me. If you need a cake for a special occasion go literally anywhere else.
