THIS ORDER WAS PLACED 6/20/2017. his location has the worst customer service along with there call center in Pittsburgh. I called to order 9 pizzas at 7:13pm for delivery. I didnt receive them until 9:56pm and 8 were brunt and one of the pizzas were under cooked. I request the crust well done, instead I received brunt pizzas. I had to call the pizza Hut call center back twice before the order was even processed. I was told the first time it wasnt processed due to the amount of pizzas, but I have order more pizzas than that previously. When I advised no call back was made to confrim the order was proessed. I was basicaly told I was lying by Max employee id# 7719 in Pittsburgh call center who was very rude and refuses to give me his boss. He claim he was the only supervisor or manager on duty, but conduct himself as a call center representative. I advised I wanted the call pulled he encouraged it and continued to be rude even after. I order the pizzas for the second time and Max tried to charge me $5.00 more than the first order and when I advised he over charging me. He never aplogized just change the amount and gave me 30 to 35 minute delivery time. When I advised I have order more than 9 pizzas before for delivery he ignored that also. He then went on to tell me the local Pizza Hut location can deny order . He advised pizzas should be at my home location in 30- 35 minutes . It was now 8:20pm. At 9pm no pizzas. I called the call center back. The rep advised the pizzas were ordered and should be on its way, but when I asked what was taken so long she couldnt tell me. After speaking to her for 5 minutes she cold tansfered me to the Illif and Buckley location in Aurora,Colorado. I was told by gentelemen the pizzas were almost done. I asked why it was taken so long. He really never gave me an answer. I asked how much longer, he never replied and asked if I wanted to come pick them up. I advised the order was placed for delivery. I asked to speak to his boss who never would get on the phone. He offered $20.00 credit. It was 9:12pm by then. I asked again if pizzas were out for delivery, he now says yes. My house is 5 minutes from location. I called back again at 9:32pm due to no pizzas being delivered. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes or more and advised it was out for delivery . The pizzas were finally delivered 9:56pm and I express my concerns to the driver. She apologized. When I went inside to look at the pizzas they were all brunt accept one which I acknowledged at the beginning of my conversation. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I took pictures of all the pizzas called the location which was a waste of time. I was advised to call back tomorrow and speak to the store manager. This Pizza Hut location as well as the call center in Pittsburgh need to be re-trained correctly . I know am not the only person having problems with tge Pizza Hut call center as well as local Pizza Hut. I am a long time customer . But due to all the problems and amount of calls I had to make ; I think I may need to part my ways with Pizza Hut and go to Pappa Johns. Read moreMe and my family ordered a pizza on January 24th 2025. It came to us by delivery and it was so dry and cold that we ended up calling the store and they said they were going to remake it and resend it to us. Well a few hours went by and by this time we called back to store and they said that there was nothing wrong with the pizza and that they were going to remake it so my husband reiterated the issues that was wrong with it and that we would give back the pizza that was delivered because we did not even eat it it was so cold and dry. So they said they were going to send it out for the second time. About an hour to two hours went by and they still did not show up. So we ended up calling the store and the manager would not even speak with us and had another employee playing middleman stating that they were closed and to call back in the morning to get this figured out. Well we called back in the morning and spoke with the GM, Malik, and Malik informed us that he was going to refund our cash back to the card and give us a $40 credit. So we had to go out of town for a couple days, noticed that we did not have a $40 credit because we called in to order another Pizza so my husband had to talk with another manager at this store by the name of Claudette. Claudette has been very helpful and professional and dealing with this issue with us. Claudette is the one that went ahead and put the $40 credit on the account because Malik apparently did not do this. Now we have been fighting for our $28.41 to be put back onto our card for about 3 weeks now because Malik says that he has put the credit on there however our card issuer says that there is not been a refund. We are still dealing with this issue with Malik and we will be contacting him again today asking for some kind of proof that he sent in the refund for our card issuers to take a look at. At this point I'm very disappointed with the customer service provided by the GM Malik if in fact he has not put the credit of $40 on and the other manager Claudette had to do so and the fact that our money has not yet been returned to our card. Read moreAs I went up for contactless pick-up order, they said my pizza was ready at 9:30 p.m. on November 24th I showed up at 9:30 on the dot and had to wait until 9:45 until my contatless delivery person noticed me and came out and attempted to put my pizza in and on the driver side which is not what I requested as I wanted it on the passenger side. It happened to be the delivery driver who dropped it off and said a snarky remark to me which I will not repeat because it was too vulgar to put here and then proceeded to threaten me and even wanted me to get out of my vehicle and fight him at which time I left. The Pizza Hut on iliff and Buckley then called my phone demanding that I come back to fight with the delivery driver who had placed my pizza in my vehicle.
