On Wednesday 11/30 right around 7:40pm I walked up to the window for my mobile order I had placed. A girl took care of me by letting me know theyâll have my drinks ready in a few minutes. I sat back in my car since it was cold out and was gonna check back in a few minutes. After 5 minutes a blonde girl in a purple sweatshirt and headband walked to my car and handed me the drinks. She told me that they donât walk drinks out to the car and in a very upset and negative tone as if I did something wrong. I told her that Iâm sorry and that I really appreciate her walking it out to us however she didnât really let me even talk to her and walked away with a very angry look on her face. I didnât expect anyone to bring my drinks out, it was cold out and I was asked to wait a few minutes, which was not a problem. I placed my drinks in my car and walked back to the window to ask for her name. The same girl who was rude to us was helping another worker so a different worker answered the window for me. I asked to have the name of the girl who walked to my car and the girl who walked to my car turned around and yelled âWHATâ, so I asked again, and she yelled back at me âNO!â Thatâs is some down right awful service to give to a customer. I then asked for the managers information or business card and they couldnât provide me with that either. What kind of interview process do you have if people like that work there? My wife and I go to this location ever since it had opened and have never had any problems.
When an employee refuses to give their name, nevertheless, the managers name to a customer, it tells me that not a single person inside that building is ever held accountable by their store manager. The training these workers have received is trash due to their management. Your team is a...
Read moreUnfortunately i usually don't do this. But i figure since this has seem to be a consistent thing for this location for about a month now, here it is. Im sure im not the only customer but the consistent lack of laziness of times is a little ridiculous. I have a few drinks that i have been ordering exactly the same in different locations for a while now. Seems that this location just can't get them right. Today as I have in the past order a Double Blended Orange Creamsicle with Sprinkling Soda & Vanilla Soft Top. As we pull up to the window the very sweet birista hands me this drink that looks like a coconut slurpee from 7-Eleven. I asked her what that was?. Thinking it was another costumers order. Nope she repeated my order. I said it does not look like what I always order. Then 2 girls making drinks said yes that the drink you ordered. I proceeded to describe what it should look like. one girl with a very rude attitude come up to the window and said the orange flavor color was what the corporate sent them this week. And assured that it was the same flavor of drink. So I took a drink of it and it was a awful taste. So they tried to attempt to make another after I said it was incorrect and again it was disgusting. The two girls making drinks just rolling eyes. Very unprofessional and this location really needs to re-train on how to make drinks correctly and consistently it should not be a guessing game for expensive drinks and long wait times. I mean you have 20 minutes before i get to the window. Unfortunately for customer service training...
Read moreI visit this shop very regularly, mostly Twice a day sometimes 3 times in a day. Recently they've hired a very tall guy with light brown curly hair, whenever he's on bar making drinks and he mixes my freezes he punches the spoon through the plastic cup causing the coffee to leak all over and I wind up throwing my drink away, other times my drink is made incorrectly (without the cinnamon sprinkles the drink i order is supposed to come with) and when I politely point it out he always huffs at me makes some comment to his co workers about "Regulars" and walks away. Even more recently, (Last few times ive come through) when he sees me he rolls his eyes at me and seems to have some kind of issue with me being a regular and spending as much as I do in a week patronizing the store. As a customer the huffing and eye rolling for no apparent reason other than wanting my drink to be correct (you expect things you pay for and services being provided to be at some type of standard when patronizing a business) makes me uncomfortable and almost to the point of being unwilling to continue to do business. It's unfortunate that this seems to be the new attitude at Dutch Bros, it used to be a Chill and Exciting atmosphere but it's at a point with the attitude where I dont even feel like I can express my issues to a manager at the store or even ask why this treatment has...
