It's hard to give this place a good review the location was clean and the store was nice but the staff on hand knew little to nothing about their promotions when I ordered their Valentine's special they had no idea what was even in it I had to go online To Baskin robins website to verify what was actually in it and then I had to walk her through it I believe if you're gonna have staff on hand they need to know the promotions and how to make it especially to have 3 or 4 posters of it up in the store showing that it's available to order there is no reason a customer should have to tell the employee how to...

I've always used this store because I live close by.Came into store @ 8:10am on Sunday April 18, 2021. 3 employees behind counter, No one even acknowledged me. All three employees looked at me and said nothing. I asked are yall working today the young guy is the only one that answered said sorry man I'll be right with you as the other two young women just stood there. He continued unpacking brownies. They have a sign about leaving a good review on Google so I'm going to plug the 2 young people that I seem to run into more than not. 1st a young man named Hayden is always so positive and friendly and definitely recognizes me whenever I come in and immediately directs his attention to everyone that is needing it exactly when they need it.
