Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Aurora

Not a fan of this location. Despite the convenient late hours and amazing deals they offer, that’s about the only time it’s worth it (except maybe if you’re not a huge fan of pizza sauce).

Their pizza is almost sauceless here, which accounts for most of the rating. I then began selecting “extra sauce” when ordering, but end up with a very small amount - only a slight smear…which for me, I don’t think tastes good. Even when ordering it well-done, the pizza just seems like it’s maybe cooked to a regular-bake, in my opinion.

All of my orders have been ready on time nevertheless! I do always try to take care of the workers, and have given this location half a dozen tries too, but still have the same experience. I’ve ordered from both the app, and the website as well, to be sure before reviewing.

All-in-all, the hand tossed pizza is pretty mediocre taste-wise I would say…but the value is certainly worth it - but only when using a coupon. Staff is friendly, no complaints there.

HOWEVER The pan pizza, which I’ve just tried for the first time (believe it or not), is pretty amazing! Or could’ve been, but I digress. Their boneless wings are also...

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza, but their quality has gone waaay down hill the past year. Their classic pizza is now as thick as a flip flop, tasteless and floppy. Last time i ordered, i was so taken aback that I thought i just got a bad pizza. They sent a replacement and it was exactly the same. They have also significantly decreased how much of a topping they put on. They used to cover the pizza, now I'm lucky if a piece gets 2 pieces of pineapple. Just a bummer. Will have to try out some other pizza places...

Complaint: lack of hygiene. I just bought a pizza in this store 45 min ago. I ordered at the counter and I paid the pizza in advance. the girl received my payment, taking the money with her hand. after 10s, without washing her hands or wearing a glove, she went to assemble my pizza picking up all the ingredients with the same hand that took my money. a huge lack of hygiene. my perception of hygiene and food is to always wash the hands or wear gloves before handling food. It's very sad!!! Will never buy/order at this...
