First time going to a subway in years.. I was the only one inside the building went around 4. One of the workers was extremely rude not just to be but a lady also coming in right before I subs were finished. I said I haven't been there in years when I got attitude for standing in the wrong place. It's easily been 10 years.. anyways.. ordered 1 sub he asked the bread and I said 1 sec I was looking for the selection he said "well its the same bread from years ago š".. alrightly then..sorry?? Then it came to by sub and I asked if there was a grilled chicken sub and he looked at me like I was completely stupid. Made a sigh and started making it as well. I asked for extra teriyaki on the one sub and I watched them squirt 3 lines of teriyaki and close the sub... there was only onion on half the sub and the bread was Toasted too long..
When the 2nd customer came in the guy that was helping In the beginning asked if she knew what she wanted. She was very nice and said oh you can help finish her sub first I'm not in a rush. He then responded with I asked what you wanted. She looked taken back and started ordering.
I had gift cards to use..so glad theyre used.. won't...

I ordered online and when I came in for pickup at my given time and the two employees were just chatting away. None of my order even started. 4 other people walked in and out with their orders that they placed on the spot and walked out before I even seen them complete one of my sandwiches. I finally ended up getting my food 20 mins after my pick-up time originally said. Then when I arrived home I discovered half of my order was wrong. One sandwich was missing toppings and dressing. The other sandwich was both missing toppings and had extra toppings that I specifically didn't order because of food allergies so I had to throw the whole thing out. Waste of my time, gas and money. I was the only one in the store and was there for 20 minutes just to order 3 subs. 2. The pickles and olives were literally rotten and when I pointed out to the employees they tried to mix the rotten vegetables with their hand(gloves on) and finished making the rest of my sandwich. then when I told them I would not serve that to anyone they just shrugged their shoulders.
