I went in today again to your restaurant located in the town center of aurora Colorado. My kids love this pizza and so do i honestly its worth every dime. What completely RUINS the visit is the costumer service. The folk that work here really seem to hate everyone who wants to buy food here. They are not kind to us or anyone i see approach. They have been working here fo a while now and their attitude never has been a welcoming one. We rarely visit regardless of how good the puzza is. I wish you guys would inspect the way they handle costumers and you would see its a problematic behavior for any business. I really hope our comments make a difference because by reading thiz reviews, many ppl are complaining of the same thing from the same location. We are not asking for free food yet they are the most rude ppl in this whole mall, and ive visited this mall for many years. Please sbarro so better, iknow its a tough time and people dont want to work like they did, but this people definitely do not want to work, and really dont care about your brand, business or costumers. Manager grabs his phone out of his jeans to check the broncos score. Puts it back, wipes his hands on his butt pocket. A customer in front of me calls him out after he touches food, asking him to wash his hands. He then touches his bald head to wipe off his sweat before touching the good again.. Only then after she insisted did he wash his hands. After he kicked her out of line he then make fun of her to his staff "we much be stocked up on crazy"

Read moreI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience my mother had at your restaurant on 3-2-25 After ordering a spinach stromboli, she was met with a dismissive attitude from a staff member who refused to provide a receipt, stating, “I’ll remember you.”
When she returned to pick up her order, she received the wrong item and was told that spinach strombolis are not made regularly. Additionally, when she requested a refund, the staff member insisted on seeing the receipt.
While the issue was ultimately resolved, the lack of communication and poor customer service was disappointing. I hope you will address this to improve future customer experiences.
