If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely trash. First of all, it’s located at the eatery so it’s just some lockers and an unmanned front desk. I Spent over 10 minutes waiting for someone to even answer the phone or show up to the front counter. Finally someone showed up. When I showed them my pickup confirmation, was told “my order was already picked up” which is obviously incorrect. I had just gotten there. Then he said “let me check, give me 10 minutes” and disappeared out back for more than 40 minutes. Finally, after 40min of waiting without a single word despite ringing the bell multiple times. The man popped the door open, gave me a bag and before I could even open the bag to see if it was my order, he closed the door and disappeared again. Bag had 2 sandwiches (I had two orders). I get home and this is what I find. Two chicken tender sandwiches with a couple of strips. Absolutely laughable. I don’t even know if they have this on their menu. Bread was cold. Tastes like cardboard....

Absolutely the worst shawarma I have ever eaten in my life. I should have trusted my gut and left the second I saw dirty floors and a foul smell. The shawarma took over 30 minutes to be done, and by the time I got it, it was cold. There was literally 2 scraps of meat in the whole thing, and the tortilla was not cooked to be crispy like in the photos, it was just raw and cold. The French fries were also cold and overly seasoned. Overall horrible food, the worst tasting shawarma I have ever tried in my life. Way overpriced compared to other places with shawarma that actually has meat and tastes good. The walk in restaurant place or corner or whatever that was is extremely confusing, no staff present, cold, dirty, smelly, and overall sketchy. This is another one of the amazing restaurants located inside the Aurora Eatery. Inside the Aurora Mall, entrance C next to Peppinos Pizza. I am blown away. First of all, the packaging was very neat in the bag, and included plastic ware and napkins. Right away I could smell the fries with the dill and garlic sauce. When I opened the box, it looked exactly like the picture on the menu! And the taste was absolutely perfect. The fresh dill offset the garlic sauce perfectly. The panini was also very tasty. My only complaint there is that I wish it had been cut in half. Otherwise, it was very good. There's easily enough food for 2 people so yay! Leftovers! Lol. I...
